  1. Very nearly two! Fantastic save - but their keeper injured and needing treatment!
  2. Sounds like conditions are poor, and we are not really flowing by any manner of means. One of those where first goal may well be key.
  3. Sounds scruffy at the moment, with us misplacing a fair few passes. Need to get on our game.
  4. Whatever the discussions about JET, there is I doubt a single City fan who does not love it when he is on form.
  5. I guess. Not at the game but just paraphrasing him. Was asked about crowd atmosphere, so assume it was something like you suggest.
  6. Cotts "Game was as comfortable as it sounded. Goals were fantastic, good movement. Got goals at key times, but also at times we looked like we have had a long week. Third goal settled us down again. Hours and hours spent on bus in last week, so pleased to have a home game. JET was first class. His work rate today was great, why I pick him out as our best player. Nice that Matt did not get all four today, as good team performance. Not interested in what Swindon do. It is about what we do. Got a good chance. Osbourne, nice to see him on there. Not a bit of fun, had a job for us to do, important to have another header. Fit and able, and had no other striker! Would not say if anybody could be back for Tuesday. Enjoyed the banter with the crowd. Finds it a little embarrassing, but creates a good atmosphere".
  7. Maybe rather oddly, only the second time we have won three in a row in the league this year.
  8. Indeed. We know away at Crewe it is never easy, but playing a team in the bottom four anything other than a win represents dropped points. As far as you can tell from the stats is was all MK, so just got to be very pleased with that,
  9. Crawley draw 2-2. 4 shots to MKs 17. Have to take that one on the chin - would have been very happy with that before the game. 96th minute. Booking Carl Baker (MK Dons) is shown the yellow card for excessive celebration. 90:00 +6:09 Booking Booking William Grigg (MK Dons) is shown the yellow card for excessive celebration. Other than that, just the perfect day. First time 4 in the league, first time we have won at home by more than one since 14 September. Others now dropping points. If worried by anyone is the chasing pack I suppose it is Sheff Utd, but 15 points clear of them feels a lot.
  10. As it stands, Swindon will need to win by two. Really to early in the season still to lose to much sleep over goal difference, but would be nice to still be top Monday night. Preston final score 2-1. Yay!
  11. Preston and MK now both 2-1. Any dropped points make the table look much better, as long as neither of them get a 3-2!
  12. Would be nice of course, but 3-0 will always represent a good day at the office. Firstly, Swindon need to win. Even if they do, the table will still look pretty good, with a decent gap to third.
  13. Right now, 6 points clear of third, 16 points above 7th! Long way to go still and all that, but had worse weekends!
  14. Everything just seems to be going our way at the moment! Both 'first choice' forwards out, pick up a loanee I have never heard of, and we seem better than ever. Fate is surely planning something for us. Just not used to it all!
  15. Would take this right now, but any additional goal means Swindon need to win by more than one. Sheffield 2-0! Turning in to a great day!
