Yep. Early kick off this one.
    And I totally forgot.
Was stood on the bus stop in Cadbury Heath waiting for the 1pm number 45 to get me to the game.
It was only when I was stood on the stop daydreaming that the realisation suddenly hit me that the match was an early kick off.
You know sometimes when you’ve forgotten something and all of a sudden it just pops into your head and you think “ohhh bugger!!” That was me that day! 🤣

I remember a night game at the gate in early 70s with the hammers , I was in east end and a crowd of cockneys got in suddenly a gap opened and this West Ham coloured chap with a large leather cap came forward and produced a large knife ( frightening ) crowd surged forward and he lost his footing, oh dear anyway great game West Ham won think it was 2-1 Clyde best and Trevor brooking some great players in that team Billy bonds , frank Lampard , Mervin day in goal , great night very exciting

  2. Something wrong at the HPC as I’ve been told that these injures are not just first team as it is now common knowledge that there are 7 academy players out with injuries-never has this been seen at club and surely not coincidence, maybe too much on these deco pitches or too much build up of muscle in gym

  3. I think choice of pies pasties sausage rolls and last game festive pasties which was lovely is quite adequate, prices are what they are at entertainment venues but quality of beers ain’t the best as larger is often flat but personally I stick to the bottled red wine which is fine

I too have noticed how the stadium could do with pressure washing and some general TLC.

I fear that this TLC won't happen unless we get into the premier league when suddenly we'll see the whole stadium given a spruce up.

It does come down to time which sometimes doesn't benefit when your trying to achieve the answers you need. I would certainly ask the question around Nigels health how much of a factor that was in there decision making even though they didn't put it down to that and why was the sacking warranted when nobody was calling for him to be sacked.(Excellent team morale)

Certainly would fire a few questions at tinman and if he was behind the decision to sack Pearson and his thoughts on international breaks team selection and if he thinks others should get involved in the team selection apart from the manager and does he agree it shouldn't happen? etc etc.

Why did the club feel the players fitness unconditioning was a problem when injurys where impact only and the team at it's fittest we've had in years.

Then you can ask about merchandise and why changes have been made without communication with fans.

You can go on obviously time will come into play when you question and get answers but we need to see a reaction off them also financial questions as well.

You seem to have plenty of questions I’ll look forward to hearing you pitch them

I have put together a little chant we could maybe sing on Saturday, what does everyone think? Any other players you think are in need of chants?

    Ross McCrorie, Ross McCrorie

Sitting on the sidelines, oh so sorry.

    We're all waiting for you,

To come and play for us, it's true.

    (Chorus) Ross McCrorie, Ross McCrorie,

We're all behind you, don't you worry.

We know you're injured, but we're patient,

And we can't wait to see you on the pitch, oh so passionate.

    Fack off

  7. I think he could be exactly what we need young and has experience, knows the young men in the game , would imagine he’d want his teams on front foot as Tinman said and plenty of contacts for the loan market

Oh yawn. What’s the matter does the truth hurt? Interesting stuff from Big Al and sounds about right to me. It’s never been about the football for SL just using the club as a convenient vehicle to increase his wealth. He has sabotaged any decent manager’s attempts to get us to the PL over the past decade or so. We as City fans need to unite to get these charlatans out of OUR club.

So he walks away leaving us in 30 mill debt there abouts and no owners GREAT who then keeps us afloat , we got no buyers that I know of - do you ? It’s a very expensive buisness championship football

I’m afraid that SL seems to want to recover a large percentage of the money he’s invested. Unfortunately things aren’t like that. No matter how much I spend on my house, if I decide to sell, the amount I get will be the market value of the house and no more. The market valuation of loss making Bristol Sport can’t be want SL is asking. (Assuming the figures quoted are accurate and, less be honest, nobody really knows for sure)

But if you have plenty of money it’s like buying houses to rent out yes you might rent em all but then again you might fail ,planning for 600 homes included in that 200 m deal - 600 rentals return I nice sum , maybe a full hotel weekly return a nice profit along with a basketball arena/full concert arena bringing in money stick On top football mens and women plus rugby and out door summer concerts and biggest indoor seminar hall in south Of England then maybe 200mill to a Rich consortium ain’t a lot
