Indeed. It’s sad how many of us English cannot see the lack of ambition in this from Kane but there you go, all about breaking the Prem goal scoring record isn’t it
If he does stay
It will show he is more interested in individual glory than winning anything with a club
which is a sad state as football is a TEAM game

25 minutes into the season ffs.
Got to love the negativity on here sometimes.I dont think it has been that negative
It is half time in the first game of the season and we are not winning
Yet not one poster has said we will be down by xmas
that has to be positive for OTIB

Fair play to him for turning up in the first place
I'm sure he has better things to be doing
-
Just watched the Fulton v Inoue fight
and there was a first for me
There were two women doing the commentary
and i didnt have to turn it down!!! both very good
just a shame i have to put up with them on football games
-
If i had my way
I would play 90 overs a day and only finish when they have been bowled
or
Say a team only bowls 80 overs in a day That is 10 overs short
The team batting scored at 4 an over So add 10 x 4 = 40 to the score at the end of the day

Beating Surrey with the Surrey love fest in the comms box with Butch,Tudor and Kumar was especially sweet. Get in!
Even better beating Essex in the final
The great thing with this Somerset team is that EVERY player does his job A REAL TEAM
They dont just win games when one player comes off

Its quite telling that during the British grand prix there is only one post.
I reckon F1 have lost a lot of fans since Abu Dhabi 2021.
Might have something to with a cricket match that is going on at the same time

Give the winners a place in the Champions League - then watch all the bigger teams take it more seriously.
As it should be
Reward winners not some team finishing 4th

I recall a 4 match marathon with Aldershot in the late 80's.....Carl Shutt eventually killing them off and securing us a tie away to Hartlepool....which we lost!
Steve Claridge played for Aldershot in those games
best player on the pitch by miles

Makes me laugh all this talk about the ‘spirit of the game’
How about walking off when you know you have snicked it. No different is it?
You dont walk in village cricket let alone in a test match
It is the bowlers job to appeal Then the umpires job to give it
