So Mehmeti is awful, Bell misses an absolute sitter, Weinman had another shocker and frankly looks finished, Tanner is probably league 1 and fans pile in on O’Leary.
Good job we won then
The knifes would have came out had we lost
God bless otib

I have said it before
I think Lampard will come good
Given the right club with the right chairman at the right time
But i cant see him working at City.Would be happy if he came here and proved me wrong

Mistake taking him really should of had the operation after the Ashes.
Yeah I wonder if picking him damaged the team spirit a little
Turned his back on 50 over cricket Then when ghe world Cup comes around was Happy to be back in the spot light

If I was Man Utd owner
I would sack him on the spot
How could anybody trust a manager who thinks Bruno makes a good captain!!!!

Always felt Lampard would become a very good manager
Wrong so far but think he will still come good
If that's with us Great

Skimmed through this thread
i use Beckham as an example quite often, regardless of what you think about his actual ability, he was literally hated after France 98, and the way he came back from that has to be admired, and he came back through hard work, simple as that
fair play to the bloke
You can find lots of players who have better ability than Beckham
but you would be very hard pushed to find a player who worked as hard on his game than Beckham
Top top pro

Good stuff man. The one that really grinds me is Bournemouth. I can live with the others as for one reason or another top flight doesn't seem out of the ordinary, annoying as **** but ok... but Bournemouth?
It grinds me that they have Lloyd Kelly, Antoine semenyo and Alex Scott. Yes...45million ish thank you but... Why not us with those players and more besides. Only one reason and that is Eddie Howe.
Is that all that's missing for us?
The same Eddie Howe
Who some how managed to get them relegated
Imo any other manager in the prem or championship would have kept that team in the prem
More the fact they blew FFP out of the water

would they have someone lined up or will there be a vigorous/rigorous search taking weeks for the next chap?
Surely Jason and Curtis would be out too?
Could ether of them be the new No1
Just asking

Hopefully they sack him and then improve. Very much would like Kelly, Scott and Semenyo to remain premier league players
I would love those three to remain in the prem

For me, I can’t help but feel us supporters have been kept in the dark of late, for far too long - it’s a really poor way to run a business, and I believe we, the fans, deserve better. That said I feel the supporters have also been very understanding, perhaps more than could be expected.
My point is, when the next announcement (Or interview with SL) does arrive, what question would you want answering?
Mine - in very difficult circumstances, Nige has clearly done a really good job in trimming the squad numbers, taking outgoings to an acceptable level, and producing a team that can challenge in a difficult division, so, what is happening regarding a new contract and why has nothing been mentioned with this regard?
Other questions - sale progress etc? Thoughts, what question would you ask?
On the back of this, can we not collate some form of communication to the club asking for answers to the top five questions or similar?
At the end of the day, the fans have continued to back the club with ST numbers increasing year on year, but I am sure I am not alone in feeling the good will is being stretched!?
Why do you feel SL should be telling you anything about the managers contract?
The only person who needs to know about it is NP
It really has duck all to do with you or any other fan

A little surprised to see Rashford in that list. I’ve never regarded him as spineless, on or off the field.
Off the pitch i have no idea so i would not say anything about him on that
On the pitch When the going gets tough he is the first player to hide (may be Bruno)

And they laud their players for being ‘mentality monsters’, yet when it comes to him, he should just give up and admit he’s not good enough & leave.
Mentality monsters
Bruno - Rashford - Sancho - Shaw -Martial are some of the most spineless players i have ever seen

The brilliant Bellingham got me thinking.
When was the last time someone has played for England but never played in the top flight in England.
As I write I’ve just thought of Owen Hargreaves, before that the only other that comes to mind in my time is Steve Bull. Probably others though?
John Atyeo for a start
Brian Clough
to keep any gashead on here happy

Very average from England. The spinners bowled well but the pace bowlers threw down some right rubbish at times. With Pakistan's crushing defeat by India yesterday this should of been a walk in the park for England to go fourth with an improved run rate, but there's a game on now with the Afghan spin attack.
Do you really think playing Afghanistan on an Indian wicket was going to be a walk in the park!!!!!!
They have leg spinners We cant play spin You do the math

Could a rugby fan tell me the rules on a forward pass
NZ first try
Player behind the line when he pass the ball
his team mate catches the ball in front of the line which has to mean ball has gone forward
but they done even look at it
Second try also

One thing that puzzles me with the Euros - how have Albania suddenly got so good? Beat Czechia 3-0 last night and topping their group.
They won't do any good if they reach the finals as they are played in the summer
With their white skin and pink eyes they will suffer in the heat

On current form either should Rashford he has been very poor this season
Apart from a bit of from after the world cup
He has been poor for the last 4 -5 seasons
Totally spineless when things are not going his way
