  1. 0 points from home games against QPR, Millwall, Stoke & Birmingham. This stat is a glaringly obvious reason why we aren't challenging for the Playoffs.
  2. The Afobe one was an absolute sickener and had a huge impact on the whole season.
  3. Weimann did his ACL in October 2020. Semenyo had a long while out, Scott picked up an injury in the Summer. Naismith has played half a season at the most in both seasons he's had here... Certainly very concerning and it must have an impact on players who want to sign for us..
  4. No wonder that side finished bottom of the Championship with attitudes like that, but it isn't at all surprising.
  5. Only 63. Really sad. One hell of a player back in the day. Germany have lost two Legends recently on the eve of their Euros. RIP
  6. Goals directly from free kicks in Football as a whole has on average got lower every season for quite a while I think.
  7. The current excuse is that it isn't Manning's players. Pearson was never offered the same excuse at the end of 2020/21.
  8. Lee Johnson and no Terry Cooper. Good wind up.
  9. Oddly Bayern have more points than they did at this stage last season, it's just that Bayer Leverkusen have been so good. Bayern have been on the slide for the last couple of years.
  10. One of the worst fouls not given i've seen for a while was the tackle on Joe Williams in the first half. I was shocked it wasn't given. Look, we were poor and deserved nothing but the ref helped QPR's tactics with his performance
  11. He just comes across as a big arrogant to me. If you take your City specs off and see it what it is it's arrogance. Great player, poor manager, good academy coach but needs to keep his mouth shut in the media
  12. Remember when Tinnion came out and said 'It will be all over bar the shouting' in 2003/04 by the time we were due to play QPR and Plymouth. Guy talks nonsense a lot. Just get on with your job.
  13. Tom is a good addition. Knows his stuff and has schooled Ian a few times. Getting more confident too. Seems a good lad
  14. Gets on his high horse about NP whenever he is mentioned. Makes me question whether Nige shagged his wife or something.
  15. Should of placed a bet on this
  16. They make a good point to be fair. Seems every other home game we are remembering something. We should just focus on the game ahead of us.. It surely can be a minor distraction?
  17. It's a tough league. QPR were never going to be no mugs, regardless of League position. They are better than bottom 3 imo. We were poor today, excellent tuesday. This is the life of a Bristol City fan unfortunately. Frustratingly this season we have lost at home to Stoke, Millwall, QPR and Birmingham. 0 points out of 12 from these 4 home matches. That is very poor and this is what has and will ultimately cost us competing for a play off place. We need better movement from our strikers and an out and out goalscorer, we need to find out version of Ivan Toney.
  18. Was all about the Gas after our big win on Tuesday. Annoying.
  19. QPR lost both at Bristol and at Plymouth on the day they sealed the title. In the end we finished third that season (in league two) This was Division 2 (which is now named League 1). We haven't been in League 2 since 1983/84. That side were absolute bottlers.
  20. Listened to the interview and had to turn off after 2 minutes. Geezer clearly has a cold or something and kept snorting into his microphone. Sounded grim
  21. I've been saying for ages that some of the stick Cornick has got from a portion of our fanbase has been very unfair. Sometimes we really don't give our players a fair chance to prove themselves, but will give other players lots of credit in the bank (Wont name names)
  22. Can we play in that kit for the rest of the season? Do think the reason behind it is a tiny bit tinpot i'm sorry to say.
  23. QPR haven't been that bad since November. A bit patchy but more of a form of a lower midtable side and can be dangerous. I think they'll stay up. Big game tonight vs Stoke who are in absolute freefall right now.
  24. Bristol City 0-1 QPR is an absolute banker on Saturday
  25. Doesn't look like it has gone back to what it used to be since he left either which is a shame. I've always loved the fact we've had a wide pitch, and it used to be wider. Fans right on top of the players taking a throw-in and encouraging our play down the wings. He really didn't get this club did he.
