  1. Of course they weren't exclusively 3 wheeled vehicles. The Scimitar was a really nice car and being all fibreglass it was quick and lasted forever. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reliant_Scimitar
  2. It's not a Reliant Robin, my dad had one in the 60's when he was learning to drive as you could drive them on your own with a motorbike licence. It could be a Regal, @TomF and I might be wrong because I think the Invacars were only 2 seaters with only one window on each side.
  3. He's a record breaker as Roy Castle might have said. https://www.statbunker.com/alltimestats/MostGoalsScorerInSeason?comp_code=EC
  4. No worries, I used to do this sort of thing for a living.
  5. I think one more win and we will see even more youngsters getting opportunities, we will be in the ideal pressure free position.
  6. Barnsley pull off the shock of the day, they aren't giving up are they?
  7. Janneh played the last 23 minutes against Plymouth Argyle. No game for ICT this weekend so Pearson has had a rest.
  8. I always thought that London's Brilliant Parade by Elvis Costello was a cousin of those songs. each verse gives a view of London's history and present. From the gates of St. Mary's, there were horses in Olympia And a trolley bus in Fulham Broadway The lions and the tigers in Regents Park Couldn't pay their way And now they're not the only ones At the Hammersmith Palais In Kensington and Camden Town There's a part that I used to play The lovely Diorama is really part of the drama, I'd say Just look at me, I'm having the time of my life Or something quite like it When I'm walking out and about In London's brilliant parade
  9. Yes, as above in the last post. I have downloaded "Freda" it's available on Google Playstore and Microsoft Playstore. Got to sources and add @phantom's link and you can download the books from there. Download your book and away you go.
  10. There is actually an interesting conundrum in the way our home and away form have switched, if the journalist had asked it properly. You would think that we are actually better suited to breakaway football now than 12 months ago. We suddenly have good pace and power in the side that was almost devoid of both, and yet we seem less effective in the break than before. I suppose the argument is that we have conitnued to score goals like that at Preston and Fulham, but have failed to defend as well as before. It's a pity because our away form of 12 months ago coupled with our home form now would probably see us in the top 6.
  11. He had a good game against them there last season playing DM didn't he? Got an assist I think. Horses for courses and all that, we could do worse.
  12. A common cry or inference made on here about modern footballers. Too interested in their image maybe, not like those hard men of the game in the past.......... But was it ever that different?
  13. 24 Hour Party People - Happy Mondays
  14. I found the summarising of the womens speedskating strangely interesting this morning.
  15. Funnily enough I left the OSIB Facebook group because I was fed up with seeing him constantly criticised for his defensive capabilities, the stats just didn't add up to the posters comments. I can understand some of the criticism on here, but the majority is hysterical nonsense that was written in the posters head before the game has even started.
  16. That's a shockingly fair assessment Jon, you need to get with the agenda, he is the anti christ and should be paraded around the pitch in sackcloth and ashes. I seem to remember at the start of the season that Dave Rennie spent some time explaining how pre-season training varied for the players depending on their position they played. I would assume, for example, that COD never got the kind of stamina training required for a wingback role as he wasn't playing there at the start of the season. If he is struggling physically, that will have an effect mentally as well.
  17. Yes, I wasn't a tank commander.
  18. It's interesting that his interviews with Twentyman are far less confrontational, I wonder whether that's purely down to the fact that GT has developed into a good interviewer or because he was "in the game"? The two things I would find most annoying about many of the journalists would be 1 They follow their own script without listening to the answers from the previous questions. E.g. Journo "Will you be unchanged on Sunday?" NP "We'd like to be, it will be down to Han's late fitness test". Journo "How is Han, will he be fit for Sunday?" The other thing is the closed questions as above, some criticise him for being spikey but to be honest, the fact he says so much to questions he could just say yes or no to should be in his favour.
  19. Or only two people cared enough to point it out on a football forum?
  20. https://www.dell.com/community/Inspiron-Desktops/FireTV-stick-doesn-t-work-through-HDMI-port/m-p/8011435#M29496 It appears you can looking at this, but it sounds fiddly and you will need something additional for sound like blue tooth headphones.
  21. It appears that someone has been busy editing Wikipedia....... Morris was appointed Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) in the 2017 Birthday Honours for services to business and charitable services.[3] Best mates with Steve Gibson chairman of Middlesbrough FC and fierce supporter of the EFL.
  22. I will watch the interview later, I am interested to hear it. perhaps surprisingly I was told be someone in the club that he rivals Joe Williams in the "squad joker" stakes as well.
  23. I have just downloaded a free ereader for Windows called freda and tried a book and it seems to be working ok for me. Maybe an option to try?
