and thats it, if he leaves tomorrow calls in the debt the club will fold, however if he continues to finances continue to improve the off field side of the club and we get back to the top end of the championship at least with the club making money then he's improved it,
We are alot better with him then without him, without him there would be no acadmeny no training ground no referbished ashton gate
It's impossible to say that without him there would not be this or that because without him there would be a.n.other more or less rich or adept at running a football club .
Others manage with out "him" !

Are you suggesting a Sweeny Todd scenario?
Mind you, with Lindley's pies, I'd be counting the missing police horses...
As they say the proof of the pudding is in the eating.they all probably dropped in for a coffee with our old chairman Steve and it went something like,
" ah so you want my board out ! Thanks for coming pleased to meat you"
Bingo ,killing two swords in one stone.
If you eat a Lindleys and it does not agree with you there is yer answer.Anti board stance= indigestion .
-
Exactly, it's unlikely these 'board out' type demonstrations as we saw in, and behind, the Williams years ago would be tolerated these days.
I've seen fans venting their anger at the end of games this season being eyed up by stewards, and no doubt being tracked by CCTV.
The next game their seats were empty. Whether this was their choice or not is impossible to say.
The club does seem to have far less hesitation in banning fans these days though.
Wow ,this is very scary.
Does the number of fans missing correspond to the number of Lindley's pies available on the following match day !!!!

Ok ,we agree .I share your pain .

Are you saying it's the manager Es ?isn't it funny how other clubs who have recently changed managers, with clearly different footballing styles have coped ok, just 2 to start with Mclaren at Derby and Pulis at Palace.
It's painful supporting this club !
-
A couple of people have said that the players looked as if they didn't know what they were doing today if that's so, it's hardly surprising. After four months of coaching in one style of football, which was beginning to show results, they're confronted with a new manager with an exactly opposite style. I'd be confused, too.
Let me be clear about this - it isn't about SOD v SC. Exact the same criticism would be valid if SC had been replaced by SOD in the same circumstances.
Spelling.
Exactly this my friend .
-
didn't say it was alright,THE PLAYERS DIDN'T DO WHAT THEY WERE TOLD, is that clear enough for you.
What they All did n't do what they were told to ?Did they do this on purpose?
Where the instructions simple and clear ? Was it worked on in training?
Are you surprised that after 10 months of SOD's training they can't suddenly change like that .
It will take time and i hope it clicks and PDQ for SC .We have very little choice. In the meantime "Same Shit different day "

sheikh dispair !

spoke very well on the radio, sounded like the players disregarded what they were told to do, ie play at a high tempo and get some shots away.I don't think they will be left in any doubt of his feelings.
Well that's all right then !
-
Same old, same old.......WTF picked that team?.
1 upfront AGAIN!!!
No shape whatsoever
No tactics whatsoever
No passion whatsoever
Very poor AGAIN!!!.
SOD out !
No wait ...
-
What's really really depressing is you could probably go back 12 months and there'd be similar posts !
Just 12 months ? You are being generous

With all our souls, i think you meant
I mean in our mundane, day to day existance, our "tiny" lives. We must adhere to the virtues he lived and died for.
Notably tolerance,compassion and understanding.
In fact as Jesus and later on the Beatles put it ,
"All you need is love"
-
An angel leaves us but his love and wisdom lives on.
God bless you ,we must endeavour to keep his ideas alive even in our tiny lives.

Just when you thought , it can't get any worse....
being i City fan i always think it can get worse and i'm rarely wrong

A great away win for Yeovil Town, now there's a manager!
Do you think a conference manager could make the step up ?
-
O.K
Who is the better manager Alex Ferguson or Paul Tisdale?
Its all relative.
it's all relative if you compare Alex with Darren Ferguson.
-
Osborne
