  1. Sorry for your loss Hava.
  2. Probably tactical. It's the sort of challenge Dopey likes to set himself.
  3. Believe they call that a 'trailer tent' - last seen as the special prize on Bullseye.
  4. But if Bristol City football club buy themselves a dual season ticket with the Rugby, they get 20% off.
  5. Simple. You buy an away ticket, sell it on, go to the game and then add yourself to the locked out number. #gaslogic
  6. Just had a quick look at gaschat. Apparently their supporters share trust is being wound up. I don't knows the ins and outs of the set up they have, but won't that make the new owner far less accountable? Assume that Wally has a majority holding in the club so could easily bin off any fans representation at a senior level. Would make asset stripping a lot easier. New stadium saddled with external debt, Wally gets to sell the Mem and keep the money offshore and then..'Adios!..' But of course, he won't do that. He once got carried down Gloucester Road. Being a proper Chelsea, sorry, Gillingham no, apologies err, Gas something. He would never do that.
  7. I thought the Mem (like The Gate), had one of those community asset things associated with it, meaning if they get an offer then interested groups have a period of time to raise the funds to match the price.
  8. To be fair, with them having a tent, it seems right and proper that other clubs in the division announce their primary building materials.
  9. Wonder how much a United ticket costs for an away fans when compared to what Wednesday charge.
  10. And with the change, still have enough money left to re-sign Kodjia.
  11. What has this got to do with the Gas?
  12. Nah, it was all about that donkey. Hanging on to the coattails of that honey loving bear.
  13. They seem to be making a lot of noise about away travel to Sheffield. And fair enough. It's a long way to go. Just wondering how ticket prices compared. Any idea what an adult cost for us?
  14. To be fair to them. They are booking the promotion shout now, as Swindon have the November shout on a permanent booking.
  15. Serious point; can they afford to get promoted? I don't mean from a player/wages perspective, would their ground be suitable for Championship football? I know you get some time to go all seater, but with all the delays they've had with UWE and the fact the Mem doesn't have planning permission (and getting anything done in this city is almost impossible) would they be able to satisfy the stadium criteria? With Wally seemingly reluctant to spend any money and external funding being needed for their new ground, could they raise the couple of million they might need to kick the Mem in to shape in the short term given that it would be dead money.
  16. But he's shit. I know he's shit because I read it on here. Apparently he is only good enough for League One....
  17. I missed listening to the Flint goal as I was getting the washing in (looks like it might rain). I'm guessing it was a header - anyone confirm?
  18. Who are you going to watch them play? (We'll obviously be promoted this season).
  19. For a 'one man team' #gaslogic - the goals seem remarkably well distributed amongst the team today.
  20. But conversely, less than a quarter of the locked out number!
