I thought Vyner was as much to blame. Zero anticipation.

No Andi, which confirms yesterday’s Post story.

In a way you can see it wasn’t an obvious foul but keepers usually get one for the smallest of touches so again comes down to subjectivity and inconsistency.
Probably would have been given as a foul if it was against a big team at home .
For me, Trafford misjudged the flight of the ball, realised he was getting there and milked the contact with Adebayo

2-0 Norwich. Useful rehearsal for their big game of the season against the famous quarters

Controversial goal for Luton at Turf Moor. How much did Burnley pay for James Trafford. Too much. No better than Max, possibly worse.

If Andi is to make the Austrian squad for this summer’s Euros he needs game time, hence the motivation to move on now.

The 18yo midfielder George Earthy would be a welcome loan addition.

For me this is where the club falls down on the PR front. We’re all keen to see Ross in action. In the great scheme of things it would cost buttons to provide pictures via RTV. But no, the PR dept fast asleep.

My favourite offside goal of all time.
Dirty Leeds.
What would VAR make of this Miah?

Buzzing we’ve already played Hull twice this season!
Connolly
Philogene Delap Carvalho
That is a ridiculous attack for what is currently a midtable side, can see them making a push second half of the season, but with the amount of loans they have it would be Sheffield United v2 in the prem next season for them!
On the evidence of our two games only, Hull need to strengthen at the back, not upfront.

A front four of Carvalho, Tufan, Philogene with Delap/Connolly up top. If they aren’t top 6 this season then it’s a joke. We’re miles off competing with that imo.
Just as well we’ve already played them twice.

Subs were mind boggling
Who would you have brought on instead?

Max has fantastic reflexes, he sweeps as well as any premiership keeper and will come for a ball when the majority of keepers would “stay at home”. He still flaps at inswinging corners when put under pressure by attacking players. and his is body shape aganst long rang dipping shots looks awkward.
He’s a work in progress, but Imho, the positives outweigh the negatives and he deserves the patience both Pearson and Manning have, and are, showing in him.

Got to be honest we’re looking like National league team here for the day out…. Distinctly average thus far, not sure we even have a midfield right now the way the West Ham are cutting through it.
Half time post from someone who went too early.

Fantastic effort. Proud of all, on and off of the pitch.

Not bad. I feared the worst after 5 mins. Competed well, played some decent stuff thru midfield, but lack quality in the final third.
Hopefully, we can keep it at 1-0 deep into the 2nd half and try and nick an equaliser late on.

Vyner giving it big Zzzzzs. I get he’s improved but he’s had a shocker today.
