Pearson has inherited some similar issues to Barton albeit a different level and yet I haven’t heard anyone directly thrown under the bus by him. Barton has literally thrown everyone at the swamp under the bus bar him and his mate Hill. He talks like he has a 20 year management track record at the highest level and yet the reason he got his ass kicked out of it at Fleetwood was one win in his last ten games.......guess who that was against!!

I know it won’t happen but some of them could do with a stint at Swindon Supermarine for 6 months. See if the put it in the next time they are in the football league then!!

I think, like us, you also need to look a bit higher up the hierarchy.......however, players deciding when they can be arsed to put it in is a common theme!!

It's textbook Gas currency........bullshit, exaggeration and inaccuracy. Rovers....."the richer club on many other scales" I mean where did that come from?!! When he says he knows for a fact "fans of other clubs regard......." what they actually mean is it was their Bristolian Man Utd "supporting" mate who said it and their Bristolian Liverpool "supporting" mate agreed with them. Even the most basic of facts they exaggerate (it was a four match winning run at the start of the season ). As you say they are a totally unique fanbase and it's certainly nothing to crow about.

My late father claimed a lot of credit for sending the Few packing to non-league (sorry I meant Division 5). After a good year of football betting where he was a couple of grand up overall he put a £5 single bet on a Rovers win on every Tesco Bags match for the last 5 weeks of the season and used to say "I'll get the bastards relegated".
