Liked your post apart from the bit about 'em not going into admin. Get well soon, fellow Red……...hope it wasn't a massif operation
Ta, not op but a splash of in-tents chemo to get shot of some errant miscreants that have set up camp!

Please don't let them go into admin. What would happen to this thread? This is comedy golddust!
If this was pitched as a sitcom, it would be rejected for being too far fetched!Ok, so we've lost a couple of games and I'm recuperating after a gruelling few days in hospital but catching up on this is the perfect medicine.

A post from Sagchat, unbelieveable for a so called ‘professional’ football club......
In October 2018 we will be 'remembering' 60 years ago ( North stand 1958) the last time we constructed a stand. This is a record in all 5 divisions and a small celebration will be held in the space of the proposed family stand.
North stand October 1958 - October 2018 ( 60 years ) .Apparently the small celebration has been delayed by technical issues and won't now be delivered until January. A temporary celebration is being sourced and will hopefully be ready for October.

What kind of person must you be to be a defence barrister
Spurling's defence barrister Sue Cameron, described the young man as a "kind", "caring" and "well-mannered" person.
Saying he is characteristically a "loyal" man who is of "good character".

FFS how many times does the dog botherer mention "building blocks"?
Goodness knows why. Building blocks are the fundamental elements of a permanent building. Not something they are used to.
Unless the lads are allowed to play with the Lego at half time if they’ve been good boys.

Is that how they boost their attendances? Carry that lot in, in a bag and then say "Yer, we tooked loads, there were 15 fans where I was sittin'"

I am not sure who had the most space at Loftus Road, Smith there or Weimann last Tuesday.
Looking at the photos, each rovers fan had more space than either.

In other news, I noticed Charlton fans had a novel approach to dealing with out of date crisps.

So much for “Fortress Mem” 3 home games, 3 defeats, and the bestest most loyal fans in the world booing them off as well
At best it's a tent-ative start to the season for them.

did I read that right?, they let their first team keeper go out on emergency loan to lincoin? have things got that bad they need to let first players leaver with no replacement?
And he's on the bench!

There's also a banner advertising..er..banners. and one for a helpline for the poor dears, with the chance to win a holiday - camping I presume.

Rumour has it they ordered two football stands and got a couple of these in the post.
-
I see Arsenal have tonked PSV Eindhoven 5-1. Obviously not got over their midweek defeat to the gas.

It's always seemed to me that the two main stands were ordered to go along the short ends of the pitch (i.e. behind the goals) and were then accidentally built along the long ends.

Sooner or later I might dawn on them that it’s not the venue that’s the issue..!
The only consistent thing during the last 40 years is that people don’t want to watch them!
I don't want to watch them. Does that make me a gashead?
I may need counselling..
