  1. There's no hiding from the fact that was pretty dire. Bolton are awful and we nearly let them come away with three points. First half we had a load of possession, created nothing and looked panicked whenever we got 25 yards from their goal. Second half we started off well, fell away and gave them two very basic goals before stepping up our game and coming away with a point. Taylor was excellent, we were missing an out and out striker and he provided that option, Watkins looked decent without really getting much of the ball and eisa looked sharp for the few minutes he was on the pitch. Overall though we are nothing more than a mid table side, we won't go down but if we want to challenge the top 10 we have to be more clinical on the ball, passing it around the middle of the pitch from side to side isn't going to win us games
  2. One of the worst halves of football I've seen in a while. Relegation standard stuff from both teams. They look awful but we haven't been able to turn any of our possession into chances
  3. It's on BT! Going to be a great night, hopefully with a Bristol win...
  4. Looking that way. Crazy to think they've sold the same amount as they did for the last bath game with 3 weeks to spare...
  5. They are all having a meltdown over there because they can now finally purchase away tickets online meaning they don't have to go to the club shop. Obviously they can't handle moving into the 21st century
  6. Just over 13k sold for the bath game now with 3 weeks to go. Could very easily be 25k plus at this rate
  7. On Saturday rovers U23s lost 6-1 to bath Tonight our U23s beat torquay 3-1 Mind the gap....
  8. Their kit might be horrendous, but at least their team is doing well... Or maybe their U23s? They do like to tell us how good their academy is Oh wait...
  9. Another bit of gold from their forum... The Tractor club were willing to pay £2m for Mattee Tee. Before BCFC82 offered him double the wages They don't get it do they, why would ipswich pay £2 million on a player who has a £300k release clause...
  10. It's actually 5 quid more expensive. Yes that's right, you could pay £350 to watch rovers play the likes of Fleetwood and Luton in a tent or you could pay £345 to watch us play the likes of Leeds or Aston villa in a state of the art 5000 seater stand... Tough choice to be honest
  11. The farmy army are way too sane to use gaslogic...
  12. I heard they were after Ronaldo as well, but thought Cameron Allen and Ash Harper were better options
  13. They've now signed two former city academy players, they'll probably see this as some sort of delusional victory...
  14. Fixtures released Bath at home first! https://www.bristolbearsrugby.com/news/bristol-bears-premiership-fixtures-revealed/
  15. According to them the fact that we signed Adelakun on a free is hilarious because we laugh at them making free transfers, you can't make it up...
  16. Apparently Ellis Harrison (the city fan...) is being sold... They're stating on Gaschat its for around 2 mill. Taking Taylor logic into account that's about £60000. Once he's gone I'll only know 3 of their players, the tramp, the one time Wales player (which resulted in mass celebration over there) and Nicholls...
  17. Got to love the thread on their forum saying that there's a mass exodus at ashton gate and we're going to be falling out of the championship... I think they've forgotten that this mass exodus of two players has gained us 17 million, or in rovers terms 45 Tilsons...
  18. Apparently their kit is a great selling point, yep I'm sure thousands see the quarters as being the reason why they buy rovers shirts...
  19. Apparently a bogey side as well Only bristol rovers could have Accrington Stanley as a bogey side, so tinpot...
  20. I'm sure easyjet bosses were looking frantically at the fixtures for when the massive bristol rovers were travelling in their tens of thousands to Sunderland...
  21. And he'll be excellent for the younger back rowers in the squad. Very shrewd piece of business, even if he is 38
  22. Bristol sign george smith for next season. Not a bad signing I guess...
