The addiction continues.... A post stating that we won't make the play offs on their match day thread has more likes than the post saying they'd gone 1 up....
-
I'd add locker (is that his name?) to the list, the guy they had a mass orgasm about because he got in the Wales squad once, which by gas logic makes him as good as bale...
-
One of them just told me that the majority of Bristol supports them but they don't want to go down to the mem... You can't make it up really...
-
They had a party on their Matchday thread at us dropping to 11th, the same 11th in the championship that they haven't reached in nearly 60 years...
-
Quote from Henbury Gas himself... So i went for Edward Colston as he did a lot for the people of Bristol
-
Oh and henbury gas has just suggested that they rename their stadium to the Edward Colston Memorial Stadium. Honestly didn’t know the guy could get more stupid...
-
Just thought I’d browse gas chat for a laugh on a dull Thursday evening and came across this exceptional set of ratings from a rovers fan... Slocombe - 9 - 2 top class saves, kept us in the game Charlton 5 - created next to nothing So their keeper kept them in the game although Charlton created next to nothing, how does that work

When you click on your seats, next to the price there is a drop down menu which will say member adult on it (or member over 65/member u19 depending on age...) you need to change that to Bcfc comp and it I'll then be free
-
Feel like it's going to be empty tonight, no atmosphere and another awful performance despite City saying it will be another 20k attendance.... I'll be there but can't blame anyone for watching Man City v Liverpool instead after Brentford and Millwall. Anyone know the odds on us getting a shot on target? Might be worth a few quid...
-
There's a thread on sag chat about what they want to see next season, the most liked post is about us going down, ahead of them going up, getting a new ground etc. Sad really....
-
Great season for all involved, 100 points is the next target but let's celebrate in style on Friday night. Championes!
-
Massive game next Friday. On sky, win to seal promotion, David Lemi's send off. Going to be a great night. We need as much support as possible so looking forward to seeing a big crowd
-
Just been having a look at their season ticket prices, a 12 year old can apparently get a season ticket there for over double the most expensive for a 19 year old here... Puts our prices into perspective

The Barnsley v Bristol City Match Day Thread 39
JBFC II replied to havanatopia's topic in The Havanatopia Match Day Archive
Could be anywhere between 5-10th with this league, the meltdown on here is laughable at times though, we are still very much in the play off chase -

So we are joint 5th and according to some on here we have bottled it, we are going to finish 10th at best and Johnson should go, got to love this place at times... -

Just got in and it looks like we've been relegated, oh well I guess we have more local away games next season... -
The Barnsley v Bristol City Match Day Thread 39

Rovers are 1 down at home to bottom place Bury, who look dead and buried according to the table, but don't worry, they're still coming g for us as these things take time... -
Today is the 4th anniversary of Darrell Clarke being appointed rovers manager. Got to feel for the guy really, he's the only thing about the club that is near league one level but he hasn't been given the chance to escape...
-
Add in 150 to buy in the next 5 days and it does!
-
I can see it being over 1000, 650 sold so far with probably 150-200 potd, on a good Friday that's a decent turnout in my opinion
-
We took more on a Friday night on sky at the end of November....

There are many 17/18/19/20 year olds round bristol, like myself, who have never known rovers to be above us in the league, I've only seen us play them in the JPT as I've never even known them to be in the same league as us, despite frequenting AG since 2006. It does really make you feel for them, imagine being so far below your rivals that there could be a married man with kids who has never seen you above your rivals in the league...
