Presumably, you're aware that some people can't take the vaccine for medical reasons?
Did my post give the impression that I think medically exempt people are the same as the selfish anti-vaxxers?
Those that are medically exempt are clearly not selfish. They are also the same people that will be trapped at home while the selfish anti-vaxxers make it dangerous for those with medical conditions to go out.

How do you feel about vaccinated people spreading the disease around you?
I feel better about those people as they are far less likely to spread it.
Plus they made an effort to protect others, unlike the selfish anti-vaxxers.

Its blackmail and you know it.
It's not blackmail. It's not even close to being blackmail.

Well thats alright then!! I better do something i dont want too!!
******* hell
Nobody is making you do anything you don't want to.
But as there are lots of us that don't want unvaccinated people spreading the disease around us, you do not get to infringe on our rights by attending sporting events and nightclubs.
You have a choice whether to have it.
But without rules? Nobody else would have the choice of anti-vaxxers sitting next to us.
Just now, Riaz said:Most people dont get seriously ill anyway
So? More people get seriously ill from the disease than from the vaccine. You're undermining your own argument.

So how did this benefit Piers Morgan .....Please think..
He didn't get as seriously ill as he would have without the vaccine. He also was much less likely to pass it onto anybody else once he had it.
3 minutes ago, big p said:Are you aware of all the other laws of which the government is trying to pass. None of them made the news by the way...
I am not a fan of this government (that's an understatement!), but public health is different to other things they are and are not doing.

So what's the point of the covid passport?
To show who has been vaccinated.

If he decided, for any reason. to not have it, he'd not be able to go. THATS the issue. Its sneaky and its the government taking away our freedoms
It's hardly sneaky, they've told you about it in advance.

Piers Morgan has had his jabs and was tested, but caught covid at Wembley, so please explain to me how a covid passport would works then?
Here's a clue? It doesn't.. So the next question you should be asking yourself is, why is our government pushing this so hard?
It works in reducing the risk of catching it and spreading it. And it reduces the chances of becoming seriously ill.
Nobody has ever claimed it's 100% effective.

You really think it will stop there? Governments regularly add laws but rarely retract them..
They retract laws all the time. Or do you think we are currently living under same restrictions we had back in January?

Really? But I cant go to a football match, cinema, church nightclub without it come September...Hmm!
Yes, that's a choice.
Taking away choice would be the threat of a huge fine or being put in prison.
Needing a vaccine to go to the football isn't forcing anybody to do anything.

I've been jabbed, but no-one should ever be forced to have an medication which has only been allowed because we are in "Emergency " conditions.. The fear and blackmail, coercion being used by governments around the world is quite frankly criminal... Anyone in my eyes who thinks different has clearly been brainwashed by the Sage team(12) behavioral scientists. Stockholm Syndrome comes to mind, the inability for people to think for themselves has been the scariest thing, it's frightening.
I for one will never step foot in Ashton Gate if they introduce the social credit system style covid passport. Been watching City on /off for 35 years, been a season ticket holder for 13 years.
Nobody is being forced to have it. Everyone has the choice.

Secondly, never has the whole population been vaccinated or suffer restrictions for not having a vaccine. This is highly suspicious to me.
Wrong.

There is a downside though. I first watched City in April 1950 and got instantly hooked. So if I had died earlier in my life, I would not have had to suffer seven relegations and a helluva lot of crap seasons like the one just passed!
Death or the average City season?
Hmmm, I'm not saying I'd choose death, but I'd have to think about it.

That’s a private company choice.
this is the government trying to force something on me…
Since when did the government give a **** about any of us
Now apparently they are so worried about the us, they are forcing vaccine on us
Bullshit
There's no force. But if you want to attend events/nightclubs then you have to follow the rules that are there to protect others.

So I’m gonna pass. And i should be able too.
You can pass.

I wouldn’t be free to attend big events. That is a punishment.
You wouldn't be allowed in if you refused a search.
This is the same principle, prove you're not an obvious danger to others, or find something else to entertain you.

It's a good move for him as he'll get a role in Deadpool 3. Whereas all the 15ers could offer was a dead club.

They could've stuck with that given Western Storm is a consortium of western counties and the Welsh cricket board
Just combine Bristol and Cardiff.
Brisdiff or Cartol.

I'm not sure the teams represent anyone.

It's how it was when this competition was announced. There was even talk of the team being renamed (Western Fire I think) to avoid alienating the Glos and Somerset fans.

I don’t know who to support.
Well the team representing Gloucestershire and Somerset is..... Welsh Fire.
They really didn't think that one through.

Some good rave tunes in there, I don’t think you’d get away with band name Smart E’s today!!
It still amazes me that radio stations and Top of the Pops didn't realise that The Shaman were basically just shouting "E's ARE GOOD!"

There's one big massive flaw with your argument.
The vaccines do help reduce the spread.
