Sell for 15 mill plus add ons and focus on a Centre Half, Holding mid and striker. Seems a no brainer to me. Palace would be a great move for him.
Yep, it’s that easy!

@headhunterwhat is the official club podcast that you mentioned today? I’m only aware of 3Peaps, OSIB and yourselves - wasn’t aware of a fourth one
It’s a not so subtle dig at 3 Peaps, which does appear to have close ties to the club.
I just find it odd as they know the 3 peaps guys listen to their pod, and the 3 peaps guys do make reference to FBC occasionally, never in a derogatory manner either.
I always thought FBC got a lot of unfair stick, yes they’re on the more negative side but that never really bothered me, it’s all about opinions but it seems to have come back this season with a bit of an attitude. Odd as it will drive listeners away

Wilson flies back early to complete the deal and take part in fitness testing, before returning to his family holiday.
Whereas Palmer, who hasn't played football for most of the season, has a team waiting for him to sign, and is in no rush to return to complete the deal that could get his career back on track.
It might sound harsh, and Coventry are obviously willing to wait for him to return, but I would have expected him to be keen to rush this deal through.
It doesn’t sound harsh it sounds wrong.
Wilson was on holiday in Portugal, it’s a 2 hour flight and several per day from Bristol.
Palmer is in the Maldives, with a heavily pregnant partner and 2 young children, completely different set of circumstances.
I am by no means a bonafide ‘ITK’ but i do get little bits and bobs occasionally and as it happens that the Palmer situation was one of them that popped up recently.
Palmer is not the bad guy in his Bristol City career, the club decided to pay Chelsea a big fee for him, The club decided to offer him 20k a week, the club then decided he actually doesn’t fit in any of the managers plans, the club decided they wanted to recall him from Swansea - not the player. Palmer was keen on a permanent move to Cardiff in January, the clubs couldn’t agree on that.
Palmers attitude has never been questioned by management, Pearson has no problem with him on a personal level, he just doesn’t fancy him as a player simple as that. He isn’t this troublemaker that loves the lifestyle without being a footballer that everyone makes him out to be. He is incredibly family orientated and a pretty popular member of the squad.

To be announced in the new (green, apparently) away kit
In a complete change of subject, green is a very disappointing choice as an away kit for the colour blind amongst us!!

I'm up in Scotland at present, on a mental health break and a good mate of mine, his son plays for Celtic's B side having broken through their academy and has just been offered a promotion to the first team. Celtic are very keen on signing Semenyo according to my mate and have sent someone to watch him play for Ghana. My mate has said that whilst the club have not come out and stated that they want him, he is led to believe from his contacts within the side, that Celtic have two priority signings to make this summer and he believes Semenyo is one of them.
If Celtic do come knocking, I think its fair to say its bye bye Antoine.
Celtics record signing is £9m.
They will not be going up to the 15/20 mark city would want.
I also echo what brad blit said

Being gay is still illegal in many countries.
However in parts of USA & society being opening MAP is becoming more normalised.
Just to clairufy to other replies jumping down my neck & putting words in my mouth. Im a not comparing a MAP to being gay. Or posting this as a “trolling post” I am maybe playing devils advocate, which seems to have triggered a few on here instead of replying in a mature & balcanced way.
Nope you’re just being a ********

I’m not overly fussed about people running on the pitch, not something that ever excites me but there ya go, each to their own I guess.
Yesterday however sums up a large number in that section, wait so they can see the players, then as soon as they’ve had their clap, **** the rest of the fans who’ve waited patiently, let’s run on the pitch, mob all the players with their young children and grown men doing knee slides?!? Weird bunch

Somebody recommended American Vigilante to me.
It’s one of the weirdest podcasts I’ve listened to, the stories are ridiculous but told with such certainty that you start to believe it, or at least elements of it.
‘KC’ is one hell of a story teller! -

Out of interest, why the desire to play Alex Scott behind the strikers? Most of his age group appearances (both City and England) are in the centre of midfield. Is it because there is a thinking that “flair player must be a number 10”?
My view is that you want to get Alex Scott on the ball as much as possible and in when their third you want him facing forward. Playing him as a number ten limits how much you get him on the ball, and he’ll spend a fair bit of of his ball receiving positions back to goal or on half-turn.
I agree with this 100%
I think his best game all season was the home game against Coventry when he played in the middle. Didn’t put a foot wrong all night, was the best player on the pitch by some distance!

As there will be calls for Pearson to go, who are the realistic names of who you would want to replace him with?

Even at 30% of £0, somebody is going to be ripped off when he signs for them!

Maybe the question should be asked why we've had so many away supporters being able to buy tickets in this block this season
Sick and tired of having away fans around us, most Are respectful, but that idiot got everything he deserved for standing up and celebrating in a Birmingham shirt.
Perhaps you should come up and sit around it and see how you would react?
Also, i believe (but do stand to be corrected), he unleashed a barrage of punches at an older guy which started the actual violence?!?
Was still acting like a ***** when being taken out by the stewards.

A great loss to the sport. It was terrifying watching him bowl against England.
He was Imperial's overseas player in 1989, though he turned out for some Sunday XI games for Knowle CC too.
I know someone that played for Knowle at the time, and apparently there was great surprise that within two years (1991) he made his Australia debut. That summer of '89 he was enjoying BBQ's and beer as much as his cricket, shall we say.
He transcended cricket, was one of the biggest names in sport for a time, and will be mourned for a long time down under, I'm sure.
He was still in touch with several members at Knowle CC, to the extent of flying back during a test match he was commentating on, to attend the funeral of an old captain.
Would always swing by when Hampshire were playing glos or England games he was commentating on, giving several of the younger lads nights out they won’t forget!
A true cricket legend but an even better bloke.

I will be dropping an email to say where they were sat.
Downsy did read a message out at half time from them, so the club will at least be able to give the police that info.- 2

They weren’t City fans.
I was sat a row behind them, they were there in memory of their friend who died, their behaviour throughout the game was appalling, several children forced to move because of it, 3 of them sick into the occupied row in front of them, 4 literally falling over the seats onto the people in front, this scumbag guilty of both, one just passing out, bringing drinks up with them (not a major one!) lots of keys on show, arguing amongst each other and dreadful language.
All of which was pointed out to the stewards who did sweet FA!Should be relatively easy to find as that picture was all over Facebook etc, sure they will be tagged in it somewhere!
