Unlikely, as I know a significant amount of time was spent pouring over the accounts ect.
Which accounts though? I`ve got two sets, the ones for the taxman and the real ones.

Interesting conversation with someone who claims to be ITK at Rovers. The new owners beleive they have been fooled by the previous owner and there is no value in the deal. There is nothing tangible on the new ground negotiations and they may take action to recover some of their money. This may be rumour, or in the weeks / months to come you may say "Pongo told us first"
If you ask for my sauce all I can say is red sauce on a sausage sandwich and brown sauce on a bacon sandwich.
Perhaps the good ship Gas may be heading for yet another iceberg then? I do hope so.

I get the feeling from reading it that they are very, very nervous about a possible points deduction. Won`t happen of course, it never does.

Did he clean it up after?
It will be like when you do it in a taxi - we`ll send them the cleaning bill.

I would have loved to have been in the dressing room after the game. I bet it was buzzing.
Straight in, get the National on and I bet Bobby had the winner in the sweep.

I was just about to post the exact same. The Rovers bestest friends club in the whole wide world (well barring 1 maybe). Makes the implosion even sweeter. I'm sure Gas and there proven $hit hot law team will try the legal action route again if (when) Wycombe beat them.
If they do end up in the playoffs and not auto I`d settle for Portsmouth, Plymouth and Wycombe in there with them.

No, Westwood is a permanent signing. He fell ill in the warm up - looked like he was being sick. What was wierd was that they didn't put Lewis Price in goal though.
Sounds like no-one knows what went on. It would have gone into meltdown on here if we`d lost and thought they`d broken a rule that`s for sure!
-
Just reading their forum it seems Westwood was supposed to be in goal but they realised they`d named too many loan players in the squad so he had to make way for this lad Wildsmith who wasn`t even in the original squad.

"Hundreds on the train maybe but tens of thousands of gasheads left on the station and all because of them sheeds in the first carriage [coach 1]. Thank heaven for boob cricket or we'd have nothing to do. UTG"
Well, now Brentford`s sold out I take it there will be hordes of us going in the away end when they play Yeovil just like us gurt big dirty sheeds always do when there`s a chance to make trouble for the family club.
Just wait, some deluded sag will accuse us of it for sure.

One slight saving grace - they do seem to be wishing Torquay well.

All good banter but what if it's campus location makes the UWE stadium impossible to finance by conventional means ?
Is it conceivable that only way to fully fund it is through council support or a donation from a benefactor ?
Were the Al-Qadi family aware of the situation before they purchased Bristol Rovers ?
Will books be written about the final days in the 2016 Horfield bunker just as there were about the 1945 Berlin bunker ?
Could we yet see a nuclear confrontation followed by withdrawal into Middle East isolation and the creation of a wasteland on Filton Avenue ?
Any news on the investment you suggested may be sought from the local businessman with construction industry experience who had recently received an unexpected injection of capital or is he still chuckling away to himself by his pool in Tuscany?

They cannot/will not get a loan, which suggest that lines of credit are not open to them. They are looking for investors/partners to find the funding for the ground.
UWE can build another faculty on the land, they have the money, so whether Rovers start building is probably no skin of their noses as they will get something built on the site sooner or later.
I get the impression they`re just waiting for Rovers to pull out so they can do just that. The only reason they haven`t laid the law down already is that they don`t want the howls of outrage from the Evil Post, Points West et al accusing them of shafting Bristol`s only family club with their great tradition blah blah blah.

Looks as if Bath City might have had a lucky escape somewhere along the line.

Boom, boom, boom everybody sing Wael, Wael... Do they really sing this? Belters indeed... Embarrassing...
They`ll be Waeling for real in about a year when there still hasn`t been any work done at the UWE, the mem`s being sold for housing, they`re going to be sharing with FGR (if they`ll have them) and they finally realise their billionaire hasn`t in fact got a pot to piss in.

Let`s just hope we got all the dodgy performances out of the way in a game we were unlikely to win anyway and got out and smash Rotherham on Tuesday.

I doubt we'll have the same setup. Korey will be back and Bryan or Reid probably won't play in the centre in such an important game.
And they`re going to be missing Derbyshire who`s a key player for them.

Will feel a lot happier but it not exactly do or die yet against Rotherham. If we say draw, and MK fail to beat Wolves, it will still be as you were.
Yep. It`s MK we`ve got to keep ahead of. Next Saturday we`ll be wanting Rotherham to win because they`re playing them.
-
Stelling saying Rotherham look safe and MK look doomed. I suspect that is probably the case.

Bolton 0-1 not that it matters.
