    Tinnnnnnnnnnnnnnpot!  :gasmask:

The second half was actually delayed by five minutes as the 1,500 in the stand and the 22 players on the pitch were all made to wait as the groundsman taped up a hole in one of the goal nets.

If be embarrassed if that happened to my pub team :(

No, just NO! It's the sort of place where you wipe your feet on the way out, awful, the worst part of the city IMHO!

Lockleaze makes Swindon look attractive. OK, I exaggerate for effect, but you know what I mean...

    MEMORIAL GROUND REDEVELOPMENT

I have a friend who lives near to the Mem and apparently the word on the street is that the BRFC directors have been holding meetings with the near neighbours and the groups who were opposed to the previous developments to try and get them onside. So the plan is to redevelop the ground one stand at a time in the same way that has been done at Ashton Gate and they want to go for a capacity of 17,000-20,000. They said that it will be self-funded so there will be no need to have hotels, student accommodation, etc. on the site to finance it. Residents are concerned with the transport infrastructure but they haven't got a solution to that yet ... although I heard they want to encourage everyone to come by bike instead of driving ... it could mean that a bike tent could be included in the plans! They said that after spending all that money on the Mem they would be able to compete in the Championship but if they ever got to the Premiership, then they would have to abandon the ground and start all over again somewhere else. I had a quick look on their forums and it doesn't look as though they have let the fans know anything about it yet ... so maybe yet another scoop for OTIB! A shame that their fans have to come here to find out what is going on with their own club.

Weren't they in the Premiership a couple of year ago? Oh, you mean that Premiership! My bad.

as much as he is a grade A bellend he really is doing a good job, there's not many with the limited resources that he's had would of got them to top 10 league one,

I think they'll go back own this season, as the undisclosed contract for Bodin reeks of similar to Taylor (Ie 6 months) and he will be gone in Jan,

But do we really need Bodin?

    They really never learn,

ive had it on face book this morning, my replys were,

you haven't had a higher average attendance home and away in over 30 years and the other was well done, who do you want in the next round,

all im getting now is abuse and being called obsessed,

i then posted the dictionary definition of irony but the thick ***** don't get it

How can anybody call us obsessed when there's only 499 pages of this thread?

the only bonuses involved was our legal team, when we had to use them to point out to those thick *****, what a clause in a contract means

Mind you, it is curious that they shafted Bristol FC so successfully and cocked up Matty's contract so badly.
