I was being ironic, Tom. Although some Sags might believe it

And wasn't it a cracker that the lad Taylor scored last night?
-
It's all very well to mock the Gas, but they'll be doing well financially from Matty Taylor's appearances and goals for us - won't they?
-
Woohoo from Calvi, Corsica.

Have they scored yet?

A bit windy here in Corsica but the cheese is as stinky as ever.

Very satisfying to have Flinty back and scoring. Party tonight?

There's a rather nice wildlife mural opposite the site of the old Eastville Stadium - with a robin and a red squirrel. You don't think?... surely not!...

Those idiots probably still believe that a man walked on the moon..!
You know, the one (followed by a few others) filmed in a dessert nearly 50 years ago, yet despite untold progress in technology, nobody has managed since 1972..!

Neville Road isn't too far from Muller Road and it would permit the ground to be used 52 weeks a year with gas & Glos sharing infrastructure costs such as Rates and upkeep of the facilities.
Not bloody likely. We want to keep Nevil Road, thank you very much.

That worked out well for Bristol Rugby, didn't it? I'm amazed that Bath City held on to Twerton Park
NOT BLOODY LIKELY
Still, there's always Cossham Street (sorry, The Curtis Drew Stadium). The Blue Few could claim they're ground-sharing with Man United....

Another gift from those who continue to give. An admin error meant they couldn't play a couple of loans.

**BREAKING NEWS**
Following the conclusion of lengthy negotiations with the relevant parties, Bristol Rovers FC are delighted to announce that as of their first home game of the 2017/18 season, there will be new urinal blocks in the men's toilet.
Stop taking the piss.

They only put that statement out as the collapse (on Rovers side) of the deal was leaked. If it were not for that I'm sure they would have continue to keep schtum.
And they tried to conceal it by publishing it on the day that Wilbs left. Or is that paranoia?

What gives you that impression?

Am I right in thinking that "redevelop" is Arabic for "get a bigger tent"?

I see the makers of the Sags' awesome Dribuild stand have built a Giraffe House for the Wild Place. Could this be the start of the long heralded new stadium? I can see how giraffes would fit into their style if "football".

And there's nothing to do in Yorkshire , except go to football
or how about the
' several committed Gasheads who didn't go that day because they were still on the fence regarding Rovers '
Yep they sure sound committed
and
'once we have a ground worthy of our potential.''
Thought they already have , in fact one too big and 'grand' for those ground stealers
It's always amazed me that Bath City managed to hold on to Twerton Park...

Pity. I'm sure it would have helped with the South Glos mega-stadium...
