Is the wink emoji pertinent?
Add ambiguity spices things up, but in all seriousness he is like a little Scotty Murray.

Keep the posts coming, always an interesting read.
You need to pitch your services to Mr Pearson directly, or get in via Tinnion. I’m sure you could list a number of players that might pique his interest!
I’m not expecting much in January.
Having thought about it, some of the signings you’d want to do in the summer, can’t really be brought forward, because they only becoming viable when they are OOC.
Think we will be relying on keeping players fit.
I quite fancy Tony Scully

I'm confused, I'm disappointed but I get were a work in progress. On last years form we would be dead and buried by now, we've cut players and we're winning games. It will be inconsistent we just don't have the personell. Try to stay sanquine people don't judge them while their struggling.

Thought he played the position incredibly well. I didn’t see him caught out of position, certainly not constantly. In what way did you see him out of position / unaware. If there’s one thing I’ve seen from Scott this season, it’s that he has a bloody fantastic football brain for an 18 year old old. I can’t think of many players of his type (an attack minded CM) who could go and play RWB and not be phased by it….least of all at 18. I thought he got the better of a very talented and highly rated Tymon (22) last night.
All about opinions though.
He was my MOTM last night.
I agree the only thing that let's Scott down is his size, and possibly a bit to ambitious at times but not sure I'd want him to lose that.

I generally couldn't care less about United, however the manager isn't the problem there since we beat them Pogba and many others are just there for the money and Ole is just there as long as they want him there. Seems they downed tools again as they were bored.

That's better than having your ass fingered by 10 men to the tune of 3 goals (that's a scar), that's better at least I can sit comfortably today.

I don't mind LJ but Mark Ashton is a serious case of zero ***** given.

"The final details are being sorted for the ex-Aston Villa boss to replace Daniel Farke, who was sacked by the Canaries last Saturday.
Craig Shakespeare, who worked with Smith at Villa, is expected to be his assistant, and an announcement should be made on Sunday or Monday."

Skirts all round, at least that will put pay to sweaty balls, got to be more hygienic right all that airflow? Though one of my co-workers lost the plot at flipflops in the office so not sure how a skirt will go down.

Bristol City have 23 players out of contract over the next 18 months, including Han-Noah Massengo, Tomas Kalas and Dan Bentley, what’s the full picture look like?
Davefevs the stage is yours…
They will all be offered new deals in my opinion. I think there are a few that will see the door.

Just listened to Gould on RB, deeply unimpressive. On Nige - no real idea if or when he's coming back, just we hope yada yada. Pressed on January - we would like to bring in targets but has to be value etc , difficult window etc, translation = we ain't spending any money.
The whole 20 minute phone interview was unimpressive, lots of we'd like to's and we hope to's but no firm plans to change or do anything other than work hard and hope we turn the corner
He did rule out Shakespeare though. ( Presumably on cost)
So the plan for the season is hope Nige gets better and turns it around with the existing players..... That hasn't worked so far!
Overall - unimpressed with RG. Lansdown still making all the decisions. Jon CGAF. Nige out for the foreseeable. L1 beckonsI thought he said there had been no contact with Craig that was it.

Its what it said when I posted it, they must have misquoted him and changed it. It was meant to be a pleasent off piste distraction from the world that is Bristol City.

Scoring a worldie vs Ross County does not make you world class. Might be the only time Ryan Kent is described as world class.

I don't think we're getting relegated, but conceding 3 goals to 10 men is going to smart for a while.
I think 2 things today,
1) Assuming he is not seriously ill then we need to stick with him, he is experienced and he's not an idiot.
2) It's going to be a rough season with not much to cheer about.

I think after today this season until January is about being better than 3 other teams. We have too many passengers and its starting to grate, even people you think are committed and playing well let you down the players just seem unaccountable, if we can move on a couple in Jan and buy a couple we might have the foundation of a team next season.

When was the last time we picked up a yellow card for a strong challenge? It’s all little trips (Bakinson - which I liked) and shirt pulls.
By my reckoning it was Cameron Pring v Luton, when he left one on Harry Cornick.
Need a few more George Tanner tackles.
Let their opposite number know they’ve been in a battle.

I like a good leveler early in a tough game. Put some fear in em early doors.
