A quick snippet, when Tyson was released from prison Ali was waiting outside so they were going to a Mosque to pray, what really happened was Don King was waiting in a limo with $1.000.000 in cash which he spent on partying...

    A different side to him

This proves my point though. The stat doesn't take into account where people live. You can't for example say, the West Brom stat is wrong because it's clearly skewed by fans attending matches who don't live in West Brom but say the Wigan stat is correct because every person who attends their games lives in Wigan.

The figures for Bristol could differ vastly depending on whether you include just the city population (around 450000), the urban population (around 600000) or the area (around 1 million)?

How many city fans live in North Somerset, Weston and surrounding areas? How many saggys live in the South Gloucestershire area?

Don't get me wrong, anything to have a laugh at the Sags is a good thing but we shouldn't be beating ourselves up over play population attendances as it's just not a reliable figure to use.

Chelsea would be another perfect example

Mission accomplished for the idiot Barton. Obviously we all hoped they would be in a relegation battle but I suspect in our heart of hearts we expected them to scab their way out of it on goals scored or something.

To finish five points adrift at the bottom behind some truly shite teams is beyond our wildest dreams!

I couldn't agree more as we've been shite all season but at least have a valid reason with a crook owner but feeling proud that we didn't finsish rock bottom?

Nothing personal but yeah I'm sure roles reversed would be the same for many of your fan base. I wouldn't want to see you go as far as going out of business though!

I know it's not personal and actually respect the humour

Neither of those were too bad as it goes. Hartlepool`s old fashioned but in a neat and tidy way and Feethams was next to the cricket ground and you had to walk round the boundary to get in.

The coldest I have ever been was at AG funnily enough. A home game v Ipswich about three or four years ago. It was in March and a lovely sunny day but there was a horrendously cold wind blowing straight into the South Stand  and the wind chill took it to about 15 below.

Cheers LL it's great to share memories of old style football grounds

Blundell Park, home of Grimsby Town - which is situated in Cleethorpes - is by far the coldest I've ever been at a ground, even Boundary Park was temperate compared to this place

I've not been to either of those and many say Hartlepool and the old Darlington ground were also miserable and  cold

Saw this on Twitter from a Swindon account (hence the hashtag):-

    Relegation projections...

    AFC Wimbledon 5.2%
    Wigan 10.2%
    ----
    Rochdale 89.1%
    Northampton 96.7%
    Bristol Rovers 99.3%
    #STFC 99.5%

Now that Sheriden has gone and that we have Tommy Wright & Lee Peacock in charge for the remaining games we may get the new manager bounce and win all four and stay up??
