    Who?

But would he fit the bill
  2. What NP was saying is exactly what I wanted to hear from him. No fuss & honesty about players that need to know that there is no easy ride. It may hurt some people to hear it but it's whats needed. No passengers !!! Merry Xmas & All the very best for 2023 to everyone.
  3. Have to admit I am more concerned than I thought I would be. Hopefully our inconsistency will work in our favour & we'll pick up unexpected points but I am quite concerned about Nige openly nameing & shaming players, that cannot be a positive for moral.
  4. Shocking news, as others have said club rivalry has no place in these matters. All the very best for a successful & full recovery.
  5. Not before time eh Dave? No more free rides here !!!
  6. Not particulary inspiring was it
  7. I hate seeing animals in this way, rescued is fine then release them if possible. However I have had wild dolphins & seals come close to my boat while fishing & actually stroked a dolphin (amazing & beautiful creatures) though I wouldn't try a seal with their teeth. Admittedly its not the same as being held & I agree with the point you make
  8. Great minds Harry No, just bored mate
  9. I "bet" you don't Harry
  10. I think his lack of knowledge on the football front prevented him Dave, put tooooo much faith in the wrong people.
  11. I think that considering the financial mess we are in, the recruitment was as good as could be fairly expected.
  12. As you say the last break didn't help us did it but I still live in hope, it's all about opinions isn't it ?
  13. And that's what I'm still liking about NP, he does have the long term future as number one priority for the club. In a previous post someone mentioned they thought that some Southampton fans were looking forward to playing us, I replied to say that "I hate to think that we may not be there for that to occur". With the teams below us now picking up points I really am worried we might not stay safe, however I'm hoping the WC break will help us to get our injured back & we can show our earlier capabilities & for the record I still want NP to be there to guide us through all this. Always the optimist eh, COYR's (tooooo OLD to change )
  14. As much as I liked & still do like Cotts, our chances of fielding a full side would be remote as he didn't seem to favour playing our academy lads.
  15. I hate to even think this way but on present form we may not be there
  16. Who's this JL you mention Dave ? He's been invisible of late (well, even more so).

    Naismith

Exactly, NP cannot change the extent of injuries, it is what it is .
