This is one of my biggest gripes here in Oz when 12/13yr olds steal cars & are caught driving around in the early hours of the morning. Where are their ****ing parents, punish the parents

To be fair, what we all used to do isn't always acceptable in todays society.

I agree with a lot of what you say but I always think of what my dad used to tell me. He said having all the tools doesn't make you a tradesman & I think there's been a lot of learning on both sides (players & management) to get to where players with the "tools" now have the mentality to maintain the level NP requires. He now can play/trust them in positions to best utilise those skills, at the end of the day we/the club are the winners. Credit must be given to all involved & I think a huge plus has been the hpc where the academy players can train with the team. COYR's

I think it was more the case of getting "the tools" up to speed with how he wanted them to perform. After 18 months he has done that & we are reaping the rewards of his ideas & standards .

The more I see NP's Pre/Post match interviews the more I'm convinced he has to stay. When we're in a financial position to give him the backing he needs people can rightly judge him but until then I think he's doing a great job with what he has & has got the club heading in the right direction at last.

I could use my BOF Degree (Batchelor of Flatulance) but it's not really advisable with those symptoms ??
