What baffles me is how someone can invest that much money but get the basics so wrong, I'm 74yrs & been supporting City since I was 8yrs & I can't remember such a demoralising time ever. I can remember many many losses that I still went home feeling proud of the boys because they had a real go. With what time I have left there must be better things to enjoy in life.............................................. but it's in my blood.

I'm afraid it happens all to often.

Couldn't agree more, I'm now in my 70's & many people in my age group thought it was taboo in the day & still do. As I said in another post, I believe everybody is entitled to happiness in their lives & I wish them just that.

On the subject of being the 1st, several of the AFL women's players have openly shown they are gay. So what, I believe everyone should have happiness in their lives & now these players can play without having to hide the fact & play with more freedom. Good luck to all of them ?

Agreed , but it has been a good training exercise for SG in his early management career, I think it was a shrewd move on his part.

NP never promised to be a miracle worker but he has improved us considerably. Yes it's extremely frustrating, annoying & possibly upsetting but I feel confident he will get us through this .
