To be honest the names are familiar but it was 60 years ago now (I'm now mid 70's) & details are a bit thin in the brain. Names that do stick with me from my rugby days are Brian & John Gee (twins) & Tony Shardlow (good at most sports), I'm sure other names will come back in flashes but at the moment not many. The joys of getting old eh

G'day Dave, do you know anything about the clubs stance on insurance when it came to Bakers injury. Did the club just do the right thing by him because of the nature of the injury or would they/he have had insurance to cover him seeing out his contract?. Not being argumentative mate, purely interested

All joking aside, we know that Joe can make a very last minute change of clubs so until he actually signs on for us I won't be holding my breath. Really hope he does though ? (That is, signs for us not change his mind.)
