Hopefully the shop will be bigger and carry more stock, but will it be stuff people want to buy?

They should speak to the fans perhaps through a survey to see the types of clothing and merch people would buy.  Lots of good ideas on here and I think most of us agree that there is massive scope for improvement in this area.

I was in the shop the other week and they had very limited stock.  Can the Supporters Trust get involved?

Are utter dross, whip it in at pace is what scares defences not these little toothless sand wedges. Do not look threatening in the slightest.

Spot on.  So easy to defend against.  Remember how good we were under Cotts from corners and free kicks.  Naismith has the ability to put in a good cross but has been inconsistent.

Was it Scott that did that outrageous, but superb back heel down the near touch line towards the end? My MOM by some way.

Yes, great bit of play.  Naismith did something similar in the same passage of play.

Leeds maybe a bigger club but did we really have to give them their club captain for nothing wasnt it? Forgot about Burnley and a captain they also had from us although it cost them a few quid, Mr Reid to Fulham, Webster to Brighton there are many others.

How can it be Bournemouth with their tiny ground are yet again cherry picking our best players for sums we can only dream of.

Please tell me what are they doing to get where they are that we are not?

You say after Scott that could be the last for sometime,....please wake up, Bell or whoever will continue to depart, who ever shines out will be hoovered up by others, until the power that be says "right thats it stop no more big sales for a few seasons " we are going to make a determind effort to make a promotion push.

I repeat again you cannot build anything grand if you continue to sell off your best bits, thats what we are doing and it's just getting us back to the start again. Yes a few million for NP or whoever to invest in but ffs keep the investments STOP SELLING THEM OFF.

I get your frustration but Bournemouth delivered on the pitch and got the promotion to the PL.  They are now enjoying the benefits of a few years in the PL plus parachute payments.

We went close under Gary Johnson but ultimately over the last few years a number of clubs have left us behind.  Clubs like Brighton and Brentford are great examples of how to get to the promised land and hopefully stay there for a bit!

To expand on the general point I’ve been banging on about for years - most clubs tend to design their stadium around the ‘home end’.

If Liverpool were to move, the new ground would be developed with The Kop as the centrepiece. The same at United with the Stretford End. Obviously those are two massive clubs, but the principle is the same. And it’s how the club should’ve approached the redesign.

We were lucky in that we redeveloped the ground rather than moved, so there’s an opportunity to improve rather than completely change the culture of the ground.

This may upset a few, so I want to emphasise the point that this is just my opinion, but pound for pound I believe vocal supporters who audibly back the team make more of a difference to the side than those that don’t. (I say that as someone who doesn’t sit in a very vocal area!). The club should’ve given that element of support as much emphasis as they gave the impressive corporate facilities and those for young families.

The S82 area is a poorly thought out solution and a bit of a token gesture. It’s great they were open to such an area and implemented safe standing, but the location is all wrong. The club should’ve really given the stadium logistics the thought it required to suit all ‘types’ of supporter.

We really lost something when the home fans were moved from the East End to the Atyeo back in the 90's.  I really hope the fans can work with the club to expand the safe standing from the corner of the South Stand.

I did give lots of feedback in the recent supporters survey carried out by the Supporters Trust.  The other thing I mentioned was renaming the South Stand to one of our former players.

That's the best idea I've seen on here. A whole stand for standing. Away fans could go E34 and E33 in that instance, similar to Norwich.

In terms of expanding the corner, S24 wouldn't encroach sight lines either, I'm on the edge of S25 and still outside of the corner flag/touchline.

I would make the whole of the South Stand standing also.  We shouldn't forget that traditionally seating was always at the side of the pitch.  Will never happen though!

City Fan living in Sheffield here. Since it says the only way to obtain your tickets is via collection on Bristol Sport, does anyone know if I am able to collect mine from the Rotherham ground on the day? Many thanks for the help in advance

The club normally take the uncollected tickets to the home team's ticket office. I've collected my tickets from the away ground a number of times.
