Not sure the motorway/roads around it could cope alongside what is already there
not sure about ground share, with the support they get they should be more thinking about car share!!

Does this change in position now mean that students and academics at UWE will now have to boycott Rovers 'to hurt them financially' - in the same way that the blue few have reduced Sainsbury's to their knees by moving half a dozen eggs from their basics range to a different shelf?
rob that's the best laugh I've had in ages thanks mate!!

what about that open tour bus you had for finishing 2nd in the conference you know the one where no one turned up, what about santa's grotto or the fact your major announcement of the summer was cleaning the carpets and installing some "championship" ready sprinklers
how'd you get on with your water tight contract with sainsburys?
Stop being stupid shitty and tinpot and this thread will die,

Back in the day, if you'd gone to see Sinatra in concert, you'd have been disappointed had he not sung "My Way". I'm sure that when the gas hoardes are strutting their famous jesterwear around foreign parts they will be well aware that they have an obligation to the locals by singing about Eileen at every opportunity before making their way to soak up the atmosphere of the match from their vantage point in the stadium car park. That's "Their Way".
think it was dexy's midnight runners that sang about Eileen.

Well as the QPR game showed we miss far too many good chances and we have often been made to pay for those misses.

Mr Lansdown please get rid of this piss poor clueless ****. Been watching bcfc for over 45 years and trust me Johnson is by far and away the worst manager we've ever had.JOHNSON OUT!!!!
yes, can you see another manager presiding over 9 consecutive defeats, I reckon that is a record he will have for all time.

Sorry, I certainly didn't mean to come across as stroppy or defensive, I just meant that nothing really happened. It was an awful game, that Coventry deserved to win, but apart from that bit , yes we had a good day thanks. We went to that canalside pub the Greyhound, lovely spot for a drink and some food, pleasant stroll to the ground, then it all went horribly wrong!
many years ago when rovers played at eastville they were allways at the top of the 3rd div now league 1 until about 6 or 7 games to go, then funnily enough they always slipped down at the last minute, it was well known that they did not want to go up preferring a constant promotion push to struggling in the league above, I would not be surprised if the last thing rovers really wanted was promotion.

So we probably need 4 wins.
Am I right in thinking we haven't beaten a team above us all season ?
And we have played all (ha all !) the teams below us twice already

Totally deflated about today, another year older and being debating going to Wigan today.
Decided not to go, Johnson will play one up front (which I suspect will be Tammy). Johnson will say after we still have Blackburn to play!
Hopefully city will win on my birthday!
have a feeling your birthday will be a good one.

I think you will agree it was half expected Tommy.
and THAT in one word EXPECTED is all you need to say, why should we expect it, somebody? has bought the players picks the team sets out the game plan and makes changes if and when they need changing, for some reason despite dominating the game and winning very comfortably decides to change everything that had previously worked so well takes off two players, so basically saying to derby we are happy with what we have got why don't you see if you can beat us we may as well run up the white flag, I knew as soon as we conceded 1 goal that a draw was all we were going to get to say I am angry is an understatement

Grasping for any thin hope, but the Derby players were suffering cramps on Wednesday, during extra time at Leicester. Might prove to be a factor in our favour, perhaps?
I think it might be a slightly different team this afternoon!
