  1. well for what it's worth for all those that were disappointed that we only drew and were expecting more, I spoke to four forest fans after the game at length and I can tell you now they were very happy to be going back to Nottingham with a point and all said we had a hell of a team and would be surprised if they had a harder game all season, in short other people can see maybe what our own supporters cant that despite many changes we are a team that can do well this season.

The foundations at the sags seems to be falling apart again. There are some big clubs in that league now and i just cant see them anywhere else but in a relegation scrap this season.

The funny thing is if they have a bad start some of the fewers in a display of insanity will start calling for his head. He could walk or be sacked and they will be at fault for their own downfall.

    Can't wait!

agree, can't believe they are 13/2 to get relegated, personally think they should be one of the favourites to go down will be amazed if they stay up.

    That’s a good one.

I also like use the picture of the stand we opened in the summer of 2016 compared to the one they opened in the same summer to really highlight the gap between the two clubs...

I ALMOST feel sorry for them.

getting our pants pulled down by selling three players for £20M. Pure comedy that.

The sad life of a sag. They are green with envy, they are desperately trying to find any positive from their sad and miserable existance so they try and ridicule us which makes them look even more pathetic

Loved the bit where one of them said there getting 17 million for two players, we would replace our entire squad 17 times for that!!

Got to agree with you. A draw or a win today cannot hide how inconsistent and at the poor end of the scale this team are at present. We will get better but I don't know what it'll take to do that - although I do believe LJ and co are the right people to do it.

We aren't good enough to go up based in this form though and don't deserve to make the playoffs.

and yet virtually the same team beat four premiership sides and was second in the league in the run up to Christmas, potentially we are more than good enough for the play offs, we have been vv good and vv bad no reason we can't be good again let's hope so.

I don't blame Johnson, we were cruising at 2-0 and nothing was changed, then the bottle jobs threw it away. It's a mental thing and the manager doesn't get to change that when the game is in full throw. The players need to take blame for this  and realise ther let the fans down as well as the manager.

bang on, today was definitely not lees fault, the players just fell apart again.

McClaren truly is the 'Wally with the Brolly' but he called it pretty much spot on. With no offensive threat we're a danger to few. Decent passing football reinforced by an over abundance in midfield which, frankly, had served us well so far, but we're miles off the best in this League and will have performed far beyond expectation should we make the Play-Offs. There's no shame in that and WeeLee will have proved exceptional were he to get us there given the resources at his disposal.

Don't get me wrong I love the squad , but if we are to progress then, simply, many aren't good enough. Truth sometimes hurts.

you are finn joking after beating 4 premiership sides and in the league being 4th as we speak how the f are we not good enough I think you need to take off your s**t tinted specs, never heard a bigger pile of s**t in my life don't know what game you watched but it was not the same as the rest of us.

1990 still gets to me. I have to admit. Beaten to the title by a bunch of misfits, non league players and journeymen. Bob Taylor injured at crucial time of the season, we'd been top all season, they beat us, stole the title, dressed up in City Div 3 Champions T-Shirts and rammed it down our throats for years (even though Martin Dobson famously came in and said "I'm gonna make Rovers into a footballing team" and promptly got relegated back to the 3rd tier emphatically).

2015 went some way to healing the wounds, but I for one will never forget how they went on and on and on and on and on about it. Which is why I now take delight at going on and on and on and on about "The Gift" in this massive thread.

I can put up with them festering, but will be totally jubilant the day they go pop.

don't think we have long to wait, cant see them being around in 5 years.
