  1. Just chased mine up to be told it’s been sent to a temporary address in Bristol, only problem is i haven’t lived in Bristol for 17 years ?? I’m both perplexed and low key impressed given how they managed to do that when not only am I’m renewing but they also post me away tickets to my actual address several times a season
  2. There’s now a train drivers strike announced for the 13th august for our Wigan away game
  3. Whilst on the subject of season cards, is anyone else yet to receive theirs?
  4. Something that’s interesting about their predictions is how they think the Chris Wilder effect trumps parachute payments.
  5. Just in case anyone was wondering what they were predicting for us..
  6. I assume La Liga have remained silent as they only comment on other countries clubs spending money they shouldn’t
  7. We are assuming it’ll be one or the other, we did play both Jay and Pring together on the left a few times last season and could see us having Wilson and Tanner together on the right side a few times this season
  8. The whole thing yesterday was pretty bizarre, the Plymouth fan in question seemed to revel in the attention and it was bizarre that Plymouths stewards solution was to move him and not the people he was with As for the chants, I’ve hear them at several away games and whilst it’s pretty cringeworthy it seems par for the course although it’s unfortunate that kids get to hear it
  9. So Derby are retaining category one status?
  10. Unless I’m missing something here virtually all the teams in our division that play in red also have white or black on their kit meaning we’re going to use the third kit more than the away kit
  11. Some more dates have been added now including the 20th August which is the original date for the Cardiff home game, so maybe we dodged a bullet there But the downside of people now working from home is that Saturday is now more likely to be used, probably doesn’t help much in terms of cheap advance fares but the unions need to give 14 days notice so maybe look to delay buying your train tickets till then
  12. Turns out there’s a rail strike on the original Saturday now which would’ve made things interesting or may have changed it to the Sunday anyway
  13. For those of us of a certain age watching neighbours was an essential part of growing up in the slot just before the six o’clock news and these twos wedding was very much of its time. And almost time to say farewell
  14. But how much of those Fulham prices are to take advantage of day trippers wanting to see Liverpool play rather than Fulham?
  15. Hopefully A&S police don’t offer them the freedom of Bristol before and after the game like last season whereas we were kettled
  16. From a pragmatic point of view if Reading sold out their allocation last season at £28 there’s nothing to be gained by selling them cheaper. Anyone who was going to buy food and drink at the ground would have done so anyway Obviously it’s our away fans who’ll lose out although as Reading is one of our nearest fixtures it’ll likely sell out anyway
  17. I see there’s an option for choosing specific seats for this game, is this a new thing or just for this game? Could possibly solve the age old argument of whether it’s sit where you want versus sitting in your allocated seat
  18. Although it’s only worth as much as someone is willing to pay for it at the end of the day
  19. Were they expecting people to pop round his house after publishing his address?
  20. Can i nominate DRS as driver of the day
  21. Was there today but was only able to still until tea due to a prior commitment, i now know how those Man Utd fans in 1999 and Liverpool in 2005 who left early thinking it was all over felt
