  1. Perhaps he’s looking to appoint the Brentford, Brighton, I mean Luton CEO.
  2. I actually thought Vyner had a good game generally.
  3. Knight and Williams were in particular culpable here. I don’t like it.
  4. Whilst I’m not suggesting they don’t get on, Tins isn’t going to come out saying Pearson is an absolute whopper and a nightmare to deal with.
  5. Thought you’d of gone for Kevin Davies
  6. Whilst I couldn’t say whether I agree or not, who’s your top 3 greatest ever players for England?
  7. Domination? Come on fella. Very good first half I agree but not so much second. Almost gashead style of blinkers there.
  8. Rumoured to of lost 5m in wages if he left. United couldn’t afford to get rid of him.
  9. Actually don’t think Southgate is doing him any favours in selecting him currently.
  10. With all the self promoting bullshit, how does Jamie Mac put up with his character? Don’t get me wrong LJ is probably a good bloke at heart but also loves the noise of his own sound bites. All the cringeyness would do my swede in after a while.
  11. Any stats on whether Conway is better as a one or a two? I’ve always thought he looked better in two but could be wrong.
  12. Despite being a goal down, it’s a really encouraging start. The negativity on this thread just 15 minutes in whilst playing well is laughable.
  13. I think we are a better side when Naismith starts as LCB. Really sets the tempo with his passing (appreciate the risk). May of swapped out Bell, for who though, I’m not sure. Done to death I know but would’ve liked an alternative forward signed yesterday to what we’ve got.
  14. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-12467633/amp/Burnley-sign-Han-Noah-Massengo-four-year-deal-French-talent-impressed-Championship-Bristol-City-season.html Signed after impressing last season. Must’ve played about 5 games and left on loan for half a season. ??
  15. Have always felt a sense of gratitude to the Lansdowns for the facilities we’ve been provided with. The training ground and the matchday experience (not always the football) are top notch. Yet the way Pearson appears to be left solely to field commercial/financial questions whilst the CEO and Chairman hide in the shadows is incredibly disappointing. Lansdown has always had his ‘haters’ but those in a similar camp to me will soon sway if this continues. I feel for Pearson and fear the next appointment if he walks.
  16. Once he sorts his final ball we could really see a lumpy sell on. Real dangerous, powerful yet awkward style. Good to watch when running at pace.
  17. I was ecstatic when Kalas signed. Webster leaving took the edge off mind you. Couldn’t believe we wasted 4m on Palmer after his hit and miss loan spell. Vanity signing by LJ and MA.
