  1. I've tried to give the bloke a fair crack, but he is so uninspiring. Tactics to one side, you have to motivate players. He has very little charisma, and a very boring tone - id be half asleep listening to him. If we lose tomorrow, with another poor display, its going to be toxic. Its a must win (for Manning).

Think that is a bit harsh - his first 3 seasons at United he was their best player, but was always made the scapegoat, despite just how awful of a team he had to play with. Always thought he was outstanding for France & if he would of joined Man City over United i'm sure he would of been one of the best in the Prem, instead he wasted his career trying to carry a terrible United team. The amount of stick he got from fans probably made him fall out of love with the game in the end.

I did say he was undeniably talented on his day....

In regard to France, most Midfielders look good when they have N'golo Kante doing the dirty work...and he was right up there with the best in his role.

  3. This will be the ninth season since promotion in 15/16. If we do get to 60 points, that would mean it would be our 4th best season in terms of points since promotion. Win 4/ Draw 4/ Lose 4 gets us to that, and on almost exact current ppg of 1.3

Pretty average all round, no matter how you look at it. Considering the expectation set by the board, you would have to grade that a C Minus.

Anything less than that means we have gone backwards.

Apart from points, i want to see the team on the pitch that played West Ham, Forest and Southampton. That Southampton game showed what we can do when it all clicks.

Had lunch today at Mowli’s in Corn street.

As Indian food goes it was acceptable but lacked any ‘wow’ factor in any of dishes we tried. It advertises itself as ‘street food’ but as it was all prepared in a kitchen that’s not a fair description.

    I don’t think we’ll be revisiting again.

You didn't expect them to be outside the cosy club preparing food did you?

    persisting with Mehmeti.

Mehmeti has got better since Manning has played him. Much better. His end product still needs a lot of work, but Pearson didnt seem to rate him. Would you credit Manning for improving one of our investments?

His health is all that matters. Shame on Palace sounds like his succesor is already lined up. Expect nothing less from Parish.

You have no clue whats gone on to make statements like that.

If they were going to sack him then they should go through with it

They would have to be a right see you next Tuesday's to sack a bloke, while he is in hospital.

I would say to Palace - be careful what you wish for. Sheffield United and Burnley are probably already down, and they have a 5 point lead over Everton. They are performing at their level

  8. Can we not just setup a ticket exchange system? ST holders get some money back and it gives people the opportunity to go.

    Other clubs do it

In regard to movement : After my halftime toilet break the other week, i came back to my seat and some bloke sat there. I watched him wander off down the row to find an empty seat. Really annoying

  9. Round and Around we go.

Just ******* accept the top 6 comments were bollocks (or never happened). Stop banging on about it. Noticeable that the loud Seagull has been largely absent since last night. I bet he is right pissed off we bossed Southampton. “Holding them to account” 😂😂

If we get over 60 points then thats in the top 4/5 seasons points return, in recent memory. We are building a solid squad - much better than the last few years. Most home games are close to sell outs and I'm excited about next season. Jason Knight has been exceptional, as has Dickie, Yyner, Conway, James, Pring and Joe Williams.

Last night showed the potential we have - let’s face it we have not played like that in a long time. Im now looking forward to going to the games, rather than a feeling of dread. Bring it on. We have Cardiff and Swansea coming up - beat them and QPR we are right up there. COYR
