I know 1 of Man Utd’s scouts who covers the south west, he’s also a part time painter , there not on good money and he certainly doesn’t go to games in a suit.
Is his name Matt?

Can i shock you...I like Neil Warnock.
I like him. Always got the most out of players with limited abilities. Knows how to organise a team.
I don't enjoy his playing style, or the way his teams have conducted themselves..... But would I have sacrificed that for 18 months of Warnockball and a stint in the Prem if he came to City....after following this club for nearly 40 years, yes I would have!

The two aren’t mutually exclusive of course. I imagine he likes both.
Yeah probably. Imagine liking your job, but getting paid loads if you don't succeed at it, and going on gardening leave until someone else picks you up.

Love for what he does … or eye for a quick buck?
I really don't think he needs the money. Just genuinely likes his job. Have heard him speak several times about it and he loves the camaraderie etc. Fair play to him.

He was opinionated (a big fan of John Ward, for instance) but I don’t think anyone could say we weren’t his club & he certainly knows his stuff.
I went to college with Richard's daughter. He was definitely a red!

Parked there for the Swansea FA cup game. £15 cash/card on entry. I didn't pre book and asked the lady on the gate if it was cheaper to do so, but she said same cost.

Just mentioned on Talksport..the fee of £25 million was described as "crazy" but no qualification as to why. It's reasonable IMO.
I don't recall them being this disparaging when Bellingham went for more at a younger age.....yes he's developed and progressed extremely well, but surely Scott's upside could be in the same ballpark.

Their record attendance at the Meminimal is 12,011. They've been there for 26 years.....yes Gas, please do mock us!

He was, and I’d shut that out of my mind. With Joe he was poached because he’d done well. With Pompey Pulis was poached for reasons I still can’t fathom, and the feelings when he left couldn’t be more opposite. Next game, away at Bournemouth, it felt like a giant weight had been lifted.
Yep. Horrendous football. Not sure if it was his last match but IIRC Wycombe at home, late in the game, score at 0-0 they were down to 10 and hanging on, and he takes off Tins and pops on another defender.....I vowed never to go to another match as long as he was in charge that night. Thankfully didn't have to wait too long.

Agreed. Jordan leaving was a disaster that set us back decades, I'm not sure we've recovered (on the pitch) even now !
Selling Keith Curle to the mighty Reading peed me off a bit.
The regret list of players bought is a lot longer than the regret list of players sold !
I could be wrong, but I'm sure Portsmouth approached us (poached) to take (of all people) Tony Pulis? For @Silvio Dante

Would've taken that before the game, but should've been 3 points tonight. Decent performance away against a physical team

I'm fairness, the average RWB does miss those....
