  1. I think the City ladies keeper is only about 5'6" although very good. I'd agree with the changing of the goal sizes and playing on the smallest ptich width/length. It can only help the womens game in the long term.
  2. Or some WD40 and a swan vestas or Englands Glory (thats one for the old 'uns).
  3. Our esteemed local rag has also given it credence.. https://www.bristolpost.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/it-wasnt-us-kids-rovers-2940100
  4. Mark Little signs for them. Bit surprised at that. Must want to be back in the area as there are much better options for him I would have thought.
  5. Never mind.. Thought you were very circumspect
  6. Good to see some input from the Derby fella - gives both sides of the story and his input has given a lot more context imo. Maybe Derby aren't off the hook just yet but it does seem like they've acted within the interpretation of the rules if not the spirit.
  7. That is from 17/18. Our average last season was 21,080
  8. When they won div.3 in 89/90 they went up with an average attendance of 6,209. Their first season in div.2 they averaged 5,932. Then 5,876 Then 5,752 They must be unique (as they would say) in gaining promotion only for their attendances to actually go down. (their attendances were as low as 3,200 a couple of years prior to that promotion)
  9. They seem to have a habit of letting players contracts run down and leave for nowt. Or persuade them to stay with a small buy out fee then bitch about a club meeting that fee...
  10. This is getting a bit of a boring thread now. Blokes going round in circles. I'll wait till something comes of it - or not.
  11. There does seem to be a pattern of this - Lockyer and Clark this season isn't it ? I would think both would be in excess of the fabled 300k ?
  12. Was it 450k interest in the current accounts ? So pushing close to another 4m loss up to June this year ? Not long now... Oh dear, what a shame, never mind.
  13. Losing around 65k per week... It should be an interesting AGM in a couple of weeks
  14. Seems the Pikeys are finally waking up to what is happening but a lot of them don't realise that the accounts they've published are up to June 2018. It'll be a whole lot worse by now. They need to produce a Lloyd Kelly or two from somewhere - then again, they'd probably flog him for £300k...
  15. Aint that the truth. Hello Pikeys
  16. I'm here all week. (not that it was intentional of course)
  17. This crops up every year or two and has been doing so for what seems like 20 years or so.
  18. Bang on imo. Surprised he did agree tbh.
  19. I seem to remember Hyatt being mentioned before in relation to the new AG development but can't find the article so may be wrong. But it makes sense with SL looking for a high end hotel plus a budget one (if there is such a thing in Bristol). It would be another stick to beat SL with
  20. Are they really trying to compete ? Bless.
  21. And at least two years worth of their income.
  22. What ! You mean they intend to asset strip the club ? No ! Not such a nice man as Wally. Hello Pikeys
  23. Around 21m . 25m last year. http://priceoffootball.com/tag/bristol-city/
