  1. Probably as exciting as the BCFC Companies House filing! More than likely the resignation of a Joint Administrator, and maybe, drums roll, the appointment of a new Joint Administrator, entirely routine happens all the time.
  2. The documents are in. All completely irrelevant to anything other than Holdings putting in the annual slug of cash/loan conversion following an annual slug of cash/loan conversion from Pula Sports etc.
  3. Incorrect - it is still imminent - and will always be so!
  4. At least the share valuation issues would be easy - Nil.
  5. I know - I was laughing at myself ...
  6. Unfortunately the link goes to Articles with a £15 million cap .... the conspiracy widens ....
  7. I'll add to the conspiracy theories - it makes more sense if it was for Bristol City Holdings Ltd, which has an issued share capital many times the authorised share capital of £10 million
  8. But that can't be allowed - think of the rampant speculation that is otherwise possible!
  9. Just a thought - when the person paid the wages - did they do a 'Morris' in providing cash for the net wages only. If so money is needed by 22 June for the Administrators to pay the Tax/NIC.
  10. Increasingly desperate ramblings in favour of his master.
  11. I wonder if CK was asked to verify the Crypto profits from his tax return ....
  12. My experience is that AML/Client ID is never a problem. 1. The UK lawyers would have to have under taken the checks into ID and source of funds whilst taking on a client, ie not now. 2. Any banks involved in a large commercial transaction would be involved at the beginning, and again carry out their checks before opening any UK accounts for receipt of funds, ie not now. 3. Any solicitor's client account opened would be subject to the same checks when being opened, ie not now. I can understand concerns about $20 million being wired from an obscure offshore bank, but that points more to the stupidity of those undertaking the transfer, which in itself would concern me,
  13. The share matters are dealt with under the Articles of Association of Football League Limited (The) available on the Companies House website (search for company number 00080612). My understanding is that Derby have, because of the default under Article 4.7.4, already been served Notice under Article 4.8, with the notice being suspended under that Article. It takes 14 days to activate the removal of the share and therefore expulsion from the league.
  14. Regulation 11.2.3 currently applies as stated by @Monkeh 11.2 Cessation of membership. Following any Club’s cessation of membership of The League for any reason ... 11.2.3 during the period between the conclusion of the last Play-Off Match and the start of the following Season: (a) its playing record for the immediately preceding Season shall not be expunged; (b) the Division in which it would have played in the next following Season shall operate with a reduced number of Clubs; and (c) the number of relegation places from the Division in which the Club would have played in the following Season but for its cessation of membership shall be reduced by: (i) the number of Clubs that have ceased to be members in that Division, and (ii) the number of Clubs ceasing to be members in any higher Division (if any); and (d) the principles of Regulation 11.2.2(b) shall apply in each of the Divisions below that Division. Whether there is time to make any other changes will depend upon lots of people agreeing.
  15. More than enough comments and rumors circulating up here to indicate that "forgot the Bank Holidays" was a convenient excuse for "You mean it really will cost that much ....". Latest is that CK has put no cash into the club. The wages were met by someone 'close to the club'.
  16. Difficult day today - Forest were my partner's club - she hated football but listened to every Forest match on the radio - if I wasn't at a city away match it was part of our lives. I had a lovely call from her son after full time, he was in tears and so was I. The world moves on - but she would have loved the promotion - and the smile on Jermaine Jenas (plus the rest of him!)
  17. It will be good when everyone realises that 'Book-making' is a business. They generate profits by manipulating managing the odds to ensure that they get lots of losing bets. Provided they generate a net return on any market, they don't care. And by any market, I mean the Championship promotion and relegation results as one market.
  18. No doubt it will be imminent!
  19. Oh dear - Derbyshire property firm denies it is buying Pride Park Stadium - Derbyshire Live (derbytelegraph.co.uk)
  20. I'll wait to see what actually happened beforehand before commenting - selective clips are unhelpful.
  21. Yes - Unless somebody else comes in to pay the bills immediately after Kirchner walks and completes rapidly thereafter.
  22. This is my understanding.
