As a bus user, people who ring the bell when it's already been rung and there's a bloody gert sign lit up saying Bus Stopping. Why press it again? the bus is stopping anyway. Shouldn't bug me but it does, grrr.

My very first pair were very similar to these except they had brown toe caps. Hand me downs from the kid whose house backed on to ours. This was mid-late 1960s when I was in Summerhill primary school. After much hilarity and ridicule from the other kids once I got into the school team later on I was bought a pair of George Best boots from my mums club book.

Lovely.... however I do love roast parsnips.
Condiments I go a bit crazy. Horseradish, English mustard and Cranberry.
Most people I know go for a roast dinner that they like.
Not many having Turkey.
This year it's planned...
Roast Rib of beef.
Roast spuds
Mash with truffle oil.
Yorkshire's.
Pigs...I know...
Roast carrots in honey and rosemary.
Roast parsnips.
Roasted onions.
Red cabbage in apple and balsamic.
Roasted Sprouts cut into a garlic, cream, bacon Source and baked with a parmesan crust.
Lashings of homemade gravy.
Red and white wine.
Cheese board later with port.
Snoozing all evening afterwards.
Enjoy

Well December 25th isn't Jesus's birthday for a start...
I'd rather have a Yorkshire and Beef on the 25th.
Hate Turkey...bloody Yank tradition..anything but Turkey
Sprouts in cream, bacon, garlic and parmesan crust I can deal with.
Beef on our table too on 25th with Yorkshire's and Colemans English Mustard. Much tastier than turkey in my opinion. And plenty of sprouts. I've never liked parsnips though.
