To be honest I'm not sure it does i reached my zenith at differential calculus and it's been downhill from there better off leaving it to the young guns.

"A utilities company is researching the cost of household gas and electricity bills. They have analysed the data from hundreds of households and found that the median cost is £66 and the interquartile range is £21. The range is £27.50, the cheapest price was £47.50 and the upper quartile was £74. Represent this information with a box-and-whisker plot."

That’s actually pretty easy. Ask @Davefevs?

What a great post match interview too. Pearson is a gem for us , I personally love the attitude that players are showing, how they work together. We have much to improve, but every week we get better. When these players get confidence, they will improve, and we will really just get better and better. I do not think for one second we are playing how Pearson really wants us to play, in the sense he is trying to use what we have and use it to best of our ability, but heck it is so refreshing to see a City side playing with desire and commitment. I love it. Big call, but I am totally convinced that NP will get us to the Prem. We actually look like we have the basics now , the core of what a Prem side looks like, in the sense of organisation, fitness and commitment. we will add the magic as the next step.  I know some do not see it, but I am very excited about where we are heading. This is what should have happened after SC. but 5 years too late, we are on the right road now. We We look like a professional team now. We lack some magic dust, but we are very close. I think we will be very very close to top 6 this season. Forget top 2 , but top 6 , we can do it.

I totally agree. I also think that when we do get up we will have enough about us to survive. At least for the first season. It just feels like NP knows exactly what he’s doing. We just need to keep the faith and trust him.

Got to be something to link into Bony M’s Rasputin:

    Rob Rob Atkinson
    Nigel Pearson’s first sign-ing
He’s a lad that can really play
    Rob Rob Atkinson
He’s Built like a huge machine

When he dribbles forward no-one gets in his way

I’m sure others can do better, or consign this thread to the bin

    I’m going for bin???

  5. This knee jerk reaction is getting more boring than the football. The fact is the majority felt this would be a season of transition and the general feeling was we would be happy to stay up without getting dragged down in to a relegation fight. Look at the table. We are exactly half way. Four points from the playoffs and four from the drop zone. FFS some of you need to grow up and try and get some perspective.

Make do and mend In spite of our billionaire owner. How he could not give funds for a striker I still find hard to believe. Pearson wanted two defenders , two midfielders and a striker. Of the four who joined a fee was paid for one only. Yet still SL will not fund a striker.

It is disappointing to still see posts like this. The issue here isn’t SL not loosening the purse strings it’s FFP.

So much money has been wasted that our financial position is compromised and NP is working within these restrictions.

If we sell Kalas ...I will be more than a little pissed off, and if he is sacrificed, NP had better send the proceeds frigging wisely.  I believe he has been poorly treated, just because Nige somehow seems to begrudge him his salary and reputation, which he has not failed to mention on a few occasions.    If he has handed in a transfer request I don't blame him?                                         .

I’m in the opposite camp. I’m coming round to the idea that if we can sell TK to a premier league club for £8m+ it will be good business and accelerate our progress. I’m sure Nige has already identified his targets that he thinks will improve us, and I would back him.

We can only dream about having Lee Johnson back at this point. At least we did occasionally win games then. Even Holden was better than this

Get some perspective. The Reading and Barnsley games last season were comfortably two of the worst I’ve ever seen from us and I’ve been watching since 76. There have been a few reasonable points made about mentality and that it will take time, most of the rest is bed wetting nonsense. IMHO

Not knee jerk at all, take your marina Dolman sunglasses off and tell me who on this squad as a whole is scoring more than 45 goals this season because I can't see it. I'd love to jump on the love train but this squad is shit and will do nothing in this league (in my opinion)

I appreciate you’re a glass half empty kind of character but I’m hard pushed to see you as a Bristol City supporter. If you think I’m being harsh look up the definition. I don’t doubt we all want what’s best for the club but give it a rest. Time will tell if you’re proven right but surely even you is hoping not.

  10. We have to consider the player in this. He’s from London and was only brought into our set up relatively recently. He’s got the opportunity for a bump in salary and to move back “home”. A chance to train and play in the premier league.(Granted he doesn’t look ready yet). It feels difficult/ wrong to stand in his way. Only issue is negotiating a fee that is acceptable to all sides. £5M + add ons + sell on clause doesn’t seem far off the mark.
