I cannot for the life of me see us below 10th...the strike force we have assembled and the defensive woes seemingly repaired surely we are on the cusp of some exciting times....at last.

Haaland is the exception to the big target man dilemma, he is very moble for a big man, very good ball control and imo the best player in the World, he has a desire which makes him something very special. Pesonally I think the big target man has had it's day, with us and Martin it was slow and predictable, and I admit even Big John would not be the legend now that he was in the 50's and 60's. Pep's inclusion of Haaland in the team was a risky strategy, it went against everthing they do, and yet it was brilliant and added a new dimension to their game, it's what the Prem needed too.

Of course they will when assuming a bid, if he had scored 15 goals and 20 assists they would not bulk a £25 for a 19 year old.

Great player but his lack of goals and assists is a factor I am sure for some who prefer stats. Beliieve there is a good chance he will be here for another season which will further boost his value, and who knows we might just fluke the play offs.

Why be surprised that he would come here? As proved with the signings this week we seem to be an attractive proposition.
