This is where VAR can save the beautiful game. I pay a lot of money to see feet behind the line at throw ins. It's a massive advantage to have a throw with a foot an inch or two over a line and it ruins the game for me when players get away with this.
As for the sleepless nights I get when the ball doesn't bi sect the quarter circle at corners....
Once, there was a kick off with an opposition player in the circle. STOP THE GAME.

At the end, I don't know which was most ridiculous.... referring to "Bristol" or discussing if we were now on for the play offs...

It's the tech version of the Mexican Wave.... where all protagonists should receive instant stadium bans

Given how much BCFC do for the city and the community, it utterly boils my #### how much in return the City Council do to try to stop people being able to get to games.

Ah, is that why Vyner and Bakinson deploy the 3 second count when in stressful situations? He might start with looking to modify their 'fight or flight' responses as that's one way traffic at present.
As in "close your eyes and count slowly to 3"?
Never ideal on the pitch.

Never mind a false number nine, until last Saturday, I was beginning to believe we were playing a false starting eleven

To be functioning as best as it can, in it's various forms, until NP can rebuild completely.
He started, so lets hope the owner backs him appropriately.
Otherwise, he's likely to walk, in my opinion.
Which would be a sad reflection on the club.
Any oaf can buy a new team. I would hope to see a manager earn his salary by the ability to improve what he has. I am not convinced Pearson is really doing this.... I have no idea what sort of football he aspires us to play

I am not worried about it. If we had parachute payments we would only end up paying even more for players who do well at other clubs and come here to be ruined.

Is this the wrong time to mention that VAR would have ruled out our goal against Fulham?

2000 fans (adult/concession mix) might at best bring in little over £40k per game. After stewarding, cleaning, admin, insurance, this raises bugger all.... and is not going to fund that £10million striker that many will clamour for in January.
If you don't like the prices or the rules, you don't have to go.
But well done the club for giving people the option. Imagine the bedwetting if they didn't.

Not sure how the 2000/4000 will be selected if it happens... but really hope no City fan even thinks about selling on their ticket or making cash from demand... that would be a new low.

Only worry is with these performances other clubs will be taking note
The best thing about that thought at the moment is that anything other than a move to a Premier League team would be a downward move...

Leicester City have just issued this.. Season tickets will be based on a £70 up front, then a ballot to pay as you watch...
SEASON TICKET HOLDER BALLOT
For Premier League matches played at King Power Stadium with reduced capacity, Season Ticket Holders will be allocated 90 per cent of the General Admission tickets available. The other 10 per cent will be made available to Members.
Season Ticket Holders who have paid their initial payment will be invited to enter the Season Ticket Holder ballot for each game for which capacity is reduced. Successful applicants for the ballot in respect of any game will be invited to purchase a matchday ticket for the applicable fixture. Successful applicants will be unable to enter future ballots for subsequent fixtures until the beginning of the ballot “cycle” for the next group of matches.
The frequency with which a Season Ticket Holder will qualify to enter a ballot will depend on a number of factors still to be confirmed, including:
1. The number of 2020/21 Season Ticket Holders participating in the ballot process
2. The number of our Premier League home games operating under reduced capacity
3. The permitted capacity for each of those Premier League home gamesThe Club will provide further clarity on the ballot process as soon as more information is available. Fair and equitable access to tickets for all 2020/21 Season Ticket Holders and Members participating in the ballot will remain our priority.
Season Ticket Holders may choose those individual matches for which they wish to enter the ballot, but will be best placed to see the greatest possible number of matches if they enter all ballots for which they qualify. Season Ticket Holders that are more selective about the matches for which they apply run a higher risk of seeing fewer games while the stadium is operating at reduced capacity.
In order to ensure that as many supporters as possible can be admitted for each game under reduced capacity, Season Ticket Holders will NOT be guaranteed access to their normal seat during this time.
Group ballot applications will be accepted (up to a maximum of six), provided that the initial payment has been paid in respect of each such ticket. The ballot system will be programmed to select the optimal combination of group and individual entries to ensure stadium configuration maximises the number of tickets available. If a group ballot entry is successful, all Season Ticket Holders in that group will be deemed to have been successful and, the applicant will only be able to select a group of seats equal to the number in their application. Applicants will be asked to confirm at the point of purchase that their group complies with government guidelines relative to social distancing

What I dont get is most teams in that league field a women's team. Ten Tottenham and Everton have to cheat by entering a ladies team. It's hardly fair is it.

A thoroughly toxic atmosphere and fellow fans fighting would be embarrassing and shameful, something that couldn't be overlooked.
As such I volunteer to take a damned good kicking.
Please form a disorderly queue in the lower Dolman just after Burton score. Who's in???

i'm afraid it's all a lie chaps. Nottingham is as much of a sausage fest as anywhere
mods - can we have such lies removed, warnings issued, accounts blocked etc.
Its definitely a 271 / 1 ratio in Nottingham.
Whatever next Chipdawg, you will be saying swans can't break your arm, or that Pugwash's crew never included a master bates/seaman staines/Roger the Cabin boy.

I am disappointed nobody has mentioned the famous statistic that there are 271 women to every man in Nottingham.

Master stroke to now be defending the South Stand goal in the second halves.
For years, we were good at home, so used that end to push for a winning goal at the end of a game. Now it is more likely a case of hanging on, so ends reversed... I think it has made the difference
