Watching clips like this and the one on the Bristol City Twitter titled "Together", where the team made successive challenges and blocks in the box to hold on to the lead vs Preston, to me are just as - if not more - satisfying as a wonder goal or insane piece of skill clip. It's the passion, desire and determination from the lads fighting for each other, the manager and the badge.

It really does feel special more recently. More so than a squad I can recall in a long time. It's how I'd imagine I'd try and put my body on the line for the club I support - if in another life I played for City! Love it. Long may it continue. COYR

It would be awesome if someone could post that clip here for those of us that don't have twitter.

Thanks very much for this… twitter is the main route of engagement for the FPA via @bcfc_fpa so please follow there also - youtube is used to host longer content now and again to then link on twitter ??

Please bear in mind that for those of us who don't use Twitter, the YouTube channel will be the primary source of content.

    Thanks for your efforts.

You do not catch a ball when entering a line. The keeper should punch it. Why because of the variables and the result underlines it.

If Kalas doesn't intervene it's an easy catch. To say he should punch it with no opposition players are anywhere near is ludicrous.

Runners where not tracked and ball watching. The cross was superb.

Yep, so the fault of the defence and not MOL.

Starts compact and in a line, and leaves because of the Keeper going.

The shape was fine v a straight ball until the keeper intervenes.

Absolute nonsense. See 1960maan's photo posted a couple of posts below. Kalas and Martin were always going to get in each other's way. Scott might have too if he hadn't reacted to MOL's shout.

    See above

  4. I appreciate that there are trolls that you all feel need to be put in their place, but I'm just not sure that this is the appropriate place to do it.

Anyway, congratulations Raphael. If you keep up the hard work you have obviously been putting in, I look forward to seeing you in the first team. .

On a side note, have hyphenated surnames become more common in society?

As someone with a hyphenated (double-barreled in my day) surname, it's a relief not to be so odd these days. My great-grandad died leaving a widow and one son. When my great-grandma remarried and he was adopted by his step dad, my grandfather took both names. People assumed that I was posh or had delusions of grandeur. I'm not and I don't. It's just a bleeding name.

He is a man of mystery. Many things to many people. All seeing, all knowing. A free spirit who answers to no man,and is only contained by his own destiny and the GWR timetable.Where he comes from, and where he returns to are all unknown. His destinations are unsure, however they are destined to begin or end at Parson Street Station!

via Newcastle whilst missing the actual game, isn't it?

Why are so many people getting stressed about Lee Johnson and Mark Ashton? They’ve gone. You can’t go through life looking backwards

Actually, you could, but you'd likely have a stiff neck and bump into a lot of things.

The forwards will rightly get the plaudits today, but my MoM was Klose. Masterful performance. We need to get him signed.

Agreed. And when you consider how well the forwards played, that's really saying something.
