We have to give the new man a chance and to an extent if he doesn’t do well he won’t get much flak as it will be directed above him.
the powers that be have backed themselves into a corner on this one. They’ve indirectly been telling us the failings of the previous regime last few days and how the new regime will fix these and how we will play more front foot pressing football with a fitter squad. Where top 6 is a target.
if this doesn’t transpire they are going to look very stupid for getting rid of a well liked manager.
of course they might be right and prove the critical fans among us wrong. It’s going to be interesting for sure
It’s complicated and I don’t have the answers.
only thing I’m confident about is the fact that the whole Bristol sports model will make any potential deal much much harder.
Tinnion was doing a great job when involved solely with the academy but given how badly he faired as manager I have been surprised his remit has grown recently.
Absolutely brilliant post. That’s our biggest problem we lack accuracy/execution of promising situations. Someone slips over or takes a bad touch or hits the first man. It’s schoolboy stuff at times from us in the final third.
They’re a decent group giving their all but we seriously lack quality. For all the talk of injuries I can’t see much final third attacking quality that could come back and change things.
Well done Leicester. Such a great achievement with one of the championships largest ever wage bills I’d guess.
all a bit of a farce isn’t it. They are playing a different game to us and plenty of others in this division.
It’s one thing saying something but truly believing it deep down is another.
i dont think we’ve got the required quality for a play off push and I don’t blame anyone for that. Money talks in this division and we haven’t got enough of it to splash out on game changers.
It’s hard isn’t it as we want to be positive about our younger players but he does look very raw at the moment to be getting this much game time.
His time will come though.
