  1. I have watched every game this season, until today. Today I had a lovely afternoon watching Stelling and final score while kickin back and not worrying about this utter bollocks. I will point out at this point I don’t blame Pearson for this utter shit show. I do blame, those that had the power to install a bloke that pissed money away and a numpty who apparently was our best candidate. However I will be controversial about one thing. We are bound to lose with HNM playing. The boy is decent enough with little drag backs and neat skills, but if we need to score or defend a lead he would be the last player that should be on the field. The stats speak for themselves. Flip side is, who the **** else is there? Anyway today I haven’t had a lousy afternoon followed by a lousier evening. I quite enjoyed that.
  2. That last bit is quote of the week. I’m not sure some under 50 realize how good a player he was. FFS he actually scored from midfield just for starters.
  3. How many sides do we have? Atyeo Dolman Lansdown. Maybe the High Performance center the Heineken lounge etc can be renamed. GG statue would be good. Where abouts?
  4. The less possession we have the more chasing we do, it does catch up. Its October and we look tired after 70 minutes that will be 65 minutes by EO November. It did for our hopes in the league under LJ every time
  5. Our passing and ball retention in the second half of any game at home is utterly ninth rate. We are weak and tired of chasing the ball out of possession. NP got one thing right. We are embarrassing. Particularly in front of the defense. Kalas Baker Tanner and Atkinson are not the problem. But the ******* in front of them let them down. And yes that includes HNM. Passing and retaining possession is the minimum you can expect. Giving the ball away constantly and then expecting the back four to get you out of it constantly is nothing short of dereliction of duty. Bentley keeps keeping us in it, but is prone to a soft goal which keeps happening. Christ alive what I would give to have Gerry Gow in there scaring them into not being awful!
  6. Yes! Its the Alan Whittle moment!
  7. Sigh. Yes instead of retaining possession we pumped long high aimless balls for ODowda to jump for rather than long high aimless balls for Odwda to chase into the corners.. We did one or both because we could not string three passes together anywhere on the pitch in front of the defence. WE looked leggy, because as someone said on radio Brizz we were chasing out of possession the entire game and they were all knackered by 70minutes. AS PER USUAL AT HOME!
  8. Wells played well tonight and looked pissed off about being subbed. Tanner was excellent as was Baker and Kalas for the 90. We dropped deeper and deeper and let them beat us on the wings despite at one stage going 541/451. Our midfield carried no threat once Scott was subbed off and we had no ability to retain possession for 90 minutes. Of all the **** ups at home that was the biggest kick in the balls. Soft little Bristol City yet again F F S!
  9. Tanner was great. Utterly exposed by waht was in front of him. The ball was constantly coming down that side but he did everything he could have done.

    HAHAHA

Unless this is a mega whoosh. I would suggest no home wins since January does not suggest that was a freak!
  11. Heartbreak!...Scott was immense....Otherwise I don't know what to say or think. But I'll try. Everyone loves HNM, but we look like conceding when ever he comes on! We were getting done down the flanks the entire second half. Tanner did well but he was constantly in action. But the biggest thing is with half an hour to play we CAN NOT KEEP ANY POSSSESION. stupid passes intercepted constantly, headers in midfield when there is time to bring it down and panic ensues!
  12. Reading there forum. Particularly the latest one about Morris is an eye opener. Its seems split between Mel Morris is the problem and Everything else is the problem but not Us. How much do the owe the inland revenue?
  13. We were terrible. This utter **** about Premier League team etc is galling. They were better but you have to find a way to stop them even if it looks a bit ugly. We couldn’t get anywhere near the ball to even spoil their rhythm. Williams got injured and it was as if the entire team and a good deal of others used that as an excuse to be awful and accept an Utterly pathetic display. Pearson said when he came here the perception of this club for him as a player and manager was we are soft. To At least have the mentality to compete when the going is difficult continues to make us look soft, which is what we are. 41 years without a game in the top division is hard enough to take, but utter embarrassment is too much.
  14. It does seem that simple. Doesn’t it? But hey maybe we will all get a surprise!
  15. Hi @AnotherDerbyFan yes on the balance of probability not entering accounts to the EFL for several seasons and continuing not to, was not the action of a club that were acting within the spirit or the letter of the rules, most would suggest. However the administrators and/or independent accountants will now attempt to prove that this flouting of the rules was not related to the eventual entering administration, which was solely losses from Covid? Is this a fair summary?
  16. Ok so Derby County’s administrators are mounting an appeal based upon no accounts for previous years. In your words transactional data that has not to this point been seen and the idea that this ‘data’ will show that they were never in financial difficulty despite never having produced accounts for the several years in advance of Covid. Is that a fair summary?
  17. Six years of financial data? So not the annual reports for those years themselves? I know you two guys follow this stuff closely. Are there any other Championship clubs that have not submitted reports to the EFL over the same period? @Hxj @Mr Popodopolous

    CSF

Can a couple of blokes from The CSF bang a few posters heads together Thank you!
  19. So. If I am reading the latest reports correctly. Derby County’s administrators are going to argue that COVID-19 is a Force Majeure and as such going into administration was out of the control of the club. While simultaneously not supplying the three previous years of accounts that would prove or disprove their case!? @Hxj @Mr Popodopolous is that a fair summary?
  20. Some shocking away days. Some as in the 70s you were there by the time it was called off. The one that still gives me nightmares is Forest away in the cup. 1/0 up with 5 minutes left list 2/1. The dodgiest penalty in history given by a homer ref. Wallace scored in injury time. At least the four Forest fans that decided it was a good idea to come in our end and take the piss got the living shit kicked out of them. Worse day for them I guess!!
  21. Always fiesty. Got hit with a whiskey bottle and a shoe once!
  22. Another that stands out for me in a cornucopia of away games was Aldershot away on a Tuesday the week before the Forrest games. Carl Shutt scored a brilliant scissors kick about five feet off the ground. A real cracker. There were about 20 of us there. Any of the other 18 still with us??
  23. Arsenal 76. It hasn’t even got a mention. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY! And repeat!
  24. Yes. It’s fascinating the depths people will go to ignore the obvious and blame someone else! Cognitive Dissonance at its finest. We wuz framed by The EFL and a cabal of deep state football chairman lead by someone named Gibson guv!
