I guess in view of previous situations it is in Vyner’s best interest financially at, least for the short/medium term to allow the club to activate his extension, thus keeping him on the higher wage for now and giving the agent a bit of leverage. Throw in Bell Conway and Vyner, then add in Atkinson and Tanner, it’s not rocket science to work out that this managerial and coaching staff, from first team to age group teams know what the eff they are doing with spotting talent, bringing players through and giving them game time

I was invited by some friends who are QPR season ticket holders for a bit of a day out with them on the last day HOWEVER that invite has being played down now a little! From when King came on we played very well. Both Wells and Weimann could have done a lot better. Bell was making there right sided full back look as if he was treading water, so they changed a few things around to stop him, which I suspect cost them somewhere else. Anyhow Second half we were different gravy.

Football fans in booing shocker. I’m not quite sure what people think sometimes. As a club we don’t boo our own players anywhere near as much as at some other clubs. My lord try Millwall when things are not going their way. As the last 43 years testifies we are a patient bunch and on occasion too patient. I often point out the shit the Cheese took before he walked on water, which is where Connick is now. I’m certain he will come good and has shown one or two signs of it. Nigel Pearson has earned himself another free hit of a run in and is blooding a load, mainly out of necessity, this augurs well for the players the club and supporters, but it will take its toll on fit senior pros. Connick is no exception. As a club we are not too far off being competitive at the top end and as we will have money to spend in the not to distant future I’m hopeful we will be challenging the top next season with a mixture of youth and a small influx of new players

Kicked in with a couple of goals here and there two Is there anyone who has an opinion having seen him or studied his stats if he is going to be pushing for a place next season. I think you are right as a matter of policy, however I suspect there maybe some wiggle room for the right player As long as it’s justifiable in terms of pay, signing on fees and what we need The issue will be to continue to build WHILE being simultaneously competitive at the right end. A fit and ready (with his head right) Joe Bryan may fit that bill mainly due to his versatility as a player. Guess we will see!
