  1. The thought the player or his agent has agreed terms with a player that is fully in contract with another club breaks a lot of rules. Unless of course it’s just more talk to apply more pressure. City don’t have to sell now we know that. Bournemouths desperation is apparent. I can see another club snatching this or the boy stays.
  2. Carry, cary cary, cary cary, carryon campring!
  3. Most on here talk shite. I always thought he was ok, but never had a real run. The kid became the target of the usual boo boy, who we gonna blame culture that we have always had. Pearson and his mates have turned him into a proper player. Nice to see.
  4. You are so full of shit it’s nauseating. Did Scott have an appearance under anyone else. Semenyo couldn’t hit a cows arse with a banjo before Pearson. Who the funk was Conway before Pearson Vyner was dreadful and has been turned into a very good player with very decent value and Bell is getting his chance along with the other kids on the bench and came on. Add Pring who couldn’t get a game, Atkinson and the lad from Carlisle, we now have a squad with value, with several of the u21s chomping at the bit! Pearson inherited a plethora of players out of contract and needing to be moved on many of whom were robbing a wage. He kept the players with value and now we have several players that have significant value coming through from the HPC and a team that have a little form. But hey you live in your alternative universe. The one most of us live in is the one where the Lansdown family told the manager you can’t have money, FFP wont allow you to spend it anyway and you have to chunk 8m off the wage bill while bringing players through from the HPC and keep us up! All the while there will be tossers attacking you for it and eventually telling people how easy it all was!
  5. In the screenshot above it does have a list Dave.
  6. Bad news! ESPN+ have removed the coverage from their list. However it appears to be on in other countries
  7. The almost certainty that we have changed the culture and player outgoings at the club enough for if not to be dinked with a points loss under FFP, has given the club a huge amount of extra leverage in negotiations. We are playing a very young team that if Saturday was not an outlier or aberration is starting to gel and be competitive. The return of Kalas will be like a new signing. The issue will be if someone meets or exceeds the Semenyo valuation now.
  8. It’s on ESPN+ in the USA so there will be a stream somewhere
  9. Yes. He looked good at first and added something. However he didn’t develop the way it was thought he might and became superfluous. However I wish him well wherever he ends up.
  10. Bentley is good but out of form. Massengo is good with little drag backs and put ting his body in the way. But he can’t shoot, pass more than three yards, does not apply assists, doesn’t track back quickly enough, shanks clearances. Etc etc etc if he could do any or all of the above he would be playing despite of his contract situation and someone would have made a tangible offer and he would already be gone. He isn’t and he’s getting odd games in the U21s I’m sorry if people find the facts unpalatable but he doesn’t provide enough. Maybe he will find a club and become the player most thought he was, but on any kind of form he isn’t worth a place in our squad and it seems anyone else’s.
  11. HNM has been judged that’s why he doesn’t play.
  12. That depends on if there is more than one club interested. I don’t think there is. The conversation earlier was my doubt that he was one of the ones that has an offer
  13. FFS! That’s crazy! Frank Lampard is not very good and the players he has aren’t either. Every season they squeeze by, their luck will run out eventually I’m sure!
  14. He’s not very good. But yeah we have!
  15. Martin not Massengo is the way I see it. Derby in a promotion chase if they’re allowed to spend anything among others. However anyone offer to get Massengo out gets my vote.
  16. Poor English folk music! Something got under his skin in South Wales!
  17. Dave you have to grow a thicker skin! Exactly with your comment regarding derisory offers. City would take anything just to have him gone , they haven’t. Leads most to a conclusion to this point I suspect. I hope the kid goes as soon as possible, for everyone’s sake. He has wasted 18 months of his career, but I guess he’s earning well for now.
  18. Gary O’Neil complaining that Muff don’t have goals in them. However Brentford would be a good club for him. Fulham have had long standing interest as well. Not sure going anywhere that he might get relegated is a good move.
  19. Exactly! He played very well today. What amazes me is our expectancy that the bloke will be head and shoulders above everyone else and people then say he didn’t play well. Sigh. Probably our best player since the 70s. That’s good. Two big games coming up!
  20. And I’m suggesting it’s not. Any offer and he would be gone if the club had its way. Unless we are holding out for the full fiver it’s unlikely he’s one of those. Far more likely there have been offers for a player that is currently doing something. If you are looking for players outside of the obvious three I would look at Vyner and Towler who has gone(who knows if he is included in Goulds 4/5) and another one of our youngsters Then you have a plethora of other players that have value despite being close to contract being up. Bentley and Martin have value despite having six months left. Massengo right now hasn’t much value. He’s an under 21 player that no one else wants consistently. The best we can hope IMO is a sell on clause and he turns into the world beater he so obviously isn’t now!
  21. Obviously no one Massengo wants to go to has made an offer. IMO not one of the ones referred to by Gould. if an offer comes in from now on in and Massengo fancies it I’ll drive him/fly him myself
  22. Massengo won’t make a difference to any club at either end of any table. So January really isn’t likely However If an offer comes in it would be due to more than one club being interested, and if one had a player barely getting in the U21s City would have snapped an arm off to unload him unless Massengo said no. So I think it’s very unlikely one has for him.
