  1. You cannot concede at this rate and expect to be hanging around in this division for long, 2 goals down before we even get a shot off in anger or a corner is dreaful. I suggets Cotterill slaps himself in the face a few times and wakes up before sending his team out set up like this again. It's not working and it will be costing us our place in this division and ultimately his job.

  2. She's really not taking her time. This link http://www.bailii.org/ew/cases/EWHC/Ch/2015/ is a database of the Court's judgments during 2015 (most recent at the bottom). If you look go to June and click on one of the links you'll be taken to a judgment. Top right hand corner has the date it's released, centre of the first page will show the hearing dates. Ignoring the regional courts or where judgment has practically been released instantly after, a month to 6 weeks from end of hearing seems to be typical running time. Didn't Rovers' hearing only end on 27 May?

Plus there are peculiarities in this instance:

    - It was a new judge drafted on to the case last minute,

    - the hearing was 7 days whereas most of those recent judgments released had hearings of just a couple of days, that's double the information for her to wade through,

    - The Southward Housing association case seems to be about contractual terms and their effect and that took nearly 5 months (I'm not suggesting read across, merely just pointing out that in this instance its only just coming up to 3 weeks),

    - It seems very likely that whoever loses in Court will appeal. Therefore she's going to want judgment to have dotted i's and crossed t's completely as chances are it will be pulled apart and tested.

Because judgment was asked for asap it seems like this is going on for a long time but you can't rush justice and in the grand scheme of things it's really not been that long yet.

Don't forget our judges need to attend those really important extended lunch dates they can't miss or golf days with their pals. Can't be rushing those.

  3. I've never had cause to question Cotts before but this persistent nonsense of picking Agard above JET is really costing us points.

Our form over the last couple of games is abhorrent and any further performances likes these and we'll be plying our trade in the third division again next year.

Now don't get me wrong, I was a big admirer of Cotts, but for me the cracks are just starting to show. I really hope we can turn things around, but as it stands there's only one direction in which we're headed and it isn't up.

Sort it out Cotts. Play JET, or leave.

Before I put my head through my monitor and call an Ambulance, can you give me a sign you were joking.
