  1. Dawn raids to arrest people for going on to a football pitch to celebrate a win seems about right for modern day Britain.

Must crack down on spontaneous happiness wherever that may be, we can't have people going around and doing things that aren't controlled by the state.

Tomorrow I hope they arrests that big titted weather girl Carol on the BBC, she asking for trouble smiling at us like that, how has she got away with it for so long.

  2. £20-£25 tops is all I am prepared to pay, some say that's cheap, I don't think it is. With all the money in the game It's pretty shameful that we have to pay the dearest prices in Europe. I am now a semi- retired football fan, I will pick and choose when and where I turn up for games if at all, I'll still follow the team but I am not prepared to pay out high prices to service players ridiculous wages. They aren't any better technically than players of years gone by.

  3. you should try the Williams!!! due to being busy (and disorganized), I didn't get a ticket for the Muff game till very very late, I had to go in the Williams, NEVER AGAIN!!! Its really the Library!! Me n Mrs Bucks sat next to Wallace and Grommit, who did nowt but bloody moan about the team, complete with correct accents!! bad enough on its own, but we couldnt even sing without people givin us dirty looks, its PATHETIC!!! Support your bloody team, or leave the Gate to those who do. Heard the Atyeo, the EE, the Dullmoan, and even the pasty munchers!!. Christ it was so bloody quiet in there, I swear I heard a pin drop.

We're gettin' an ST, cos I sure as hell don't wanna be part of that bloody awful atmosphere ever again!!. the only people with any life in em were the Muff fans in the Premier Seats who jumped up when they scored. When I told the Plymuff inbreds to eff off, I thought I was going to get chucked out, when I saw stewards comin over. Luckily it was to bollock the Muff fans, and boy were they sulking about it! :innocent06:

The only advantage of it was the fact we didnt get soaked!

Bucks, you bloody jinx. Stay away for the rest of the season.

  4. He's being heavily marked and that is good news for a second striker, often the opposition have two defenders around him, he loses the ball a few times but who wouldnt with that sort of attention. A definate plus to the side, he gives us a real chance in games, because managers and defenders are scared of what he can do.

  5. The majority of the Bristol public are not City or Rovers fans, in fact I'll bet there are more Man Utd and Liverpool fans in Bristol than City and Rovers put together.

Once you start pricing out the loyal support, they will turn their backs on the club for good, added to that, sky sports is a much cheaper option for the neutral fans and charging £25 -£30 POTD per game is hardly going to entice them to come when £30 a month gets them at least 3 games a week from the premier league.

The fact is Man utd and Liverpool have enough support around the world to fill their grounds whatever the price, Bristol City do not have much to play with, these kind of prices will sort out who can and who can't, a season on from this one and you'll find out who diehards are, who'll pay whatever, and I'm guessing it will be less than 13000.

  6. you cant afford £600,000! your losing about 4 million a year! your going to go bust soon! we have made a profit so far this season!

Look at Swine Town now, a few results at the start and with crowds up to an amazing 8000 and they were the Real Madrid of the second division, but as the league starts to settle down the pig towners crowds are on the slide back to normality of 6000, the only club going bust my friend is yours when you don't make the play offs yet again this year, you have gambled this year on Mooney and co, pray that it doesn't go tits up. :TheBird:
