Somewhat ironic that the worst performance so far brings our first point. I will give the players some leeway because it was bloody hot, but the inability to keep the ball is what leads to us running out of steam and inevitably trying to hang on. I've started doing that again with Serie A now that it's back on BT. They usually have the biggest game of the week in the Sunday evening slot too.

Yep, it felt like they took the player trading to new levels and lost sight of the need to have a cohesive, balanced squad of players. No coincidence that LJ didn't end up seeing out that season.

It's 10 games per season, starting next weekend with Sociedad v Barcelona. All the games they show will feature Barca or Madrid although I don't know whether they'll have the Clasicos. Must admit I've barely watched any of it since Sky lost the rights a few years ago. On the other hand, I've got right back into Serie A since BT started showing it last season.
