  1. Do you like anything about the club?
  2. He's not the only one. Always the way.
  3. The irony is that if he'd stayed on the bench and we'd not won, someone was bound to have started a thread asking why he wasn't brought on.
  4. Yep. Gregor could be Pulitzer Prize-winning standard (I know he isn't, before anyone starts) and he'd still be hamstrung by the model that his bosses insist on following. Good luck to him.
  5. We've played much better than that in most of the games we haven't won, but the run was probably always going to end like this. The number of points we've chucked away at the death meant that it was only natural that we'd be hanging on to try and see it out. A lot of it is played in the mind, and they'll be so much better for having got that monkey off their backs. Have to kick on from here.
  6. Why don't you tell us seeing as you're obviously claiming to know?
  7. Always amuses me when the Pakistan players are interviewed in their native language but still manage to slip in the odd cricketing term in English, e.g chasing a target.....finisher......line and length......
  8. Fam scored and was sent off on his debut a few weeks back, though if the second yellow he got was dished out consistently then no striker over 6ft would ever finish a game.
  9. Ricardo Rees was with us at one point I think?
  10. 11. His former teammate David Holdsworth is DoF there and doesn't seem to be too popular with their fans, which has inevitably led to Millen's appointment being seen by some of them as jobs for the boys. Good luck to him, a top bloke and it was evident from his OSIB appearance that he still has a lot of affection for City.
  12. That severance payment would likely be based on the understanding that he doesn't get another job for X number of months. If he did take another job before that time expired, then he, or more accurately his new club on his behalf, would have to partially reimburse Sheff Utd.
  13. At very most we might get one more coming in.
  14. Always seems to be the way with an easy, shortish trip and a big following, it attracts a bigger percentage of dicks.
  15. Yep, and it's not just our club either. Mostly people who shouldn't be allowed access to the internet without the supervision of a responsible adult.
  16. I bet Derby and Sheff Wed wish they'd stuck to it.
  17. I remain absolutely convinced that if we'd held on to win a couple of home games but drawn two of the away games that we won, there'd be nowhere near as much doom and gloom despite the fact that we'd have exactly the same number of points.
  18. I bore myself saying this. It's genuinely mental how people don't get it.
  19. What's the Arabic for Ageas Bowl?
