Shearer in his day?
Hasn't Kane got previous Beef with Levy mucking him around last summer?
Shearer won a premier league
I've been asking this question to mates for months and genuinely can't find anyone near kanes level who never won a trophy

Be disappointed in Kane if he doesn't go
he is in real danger of being the best player ever to never win anything, I can't think of anyone even remotely close to his level who hasn't won a trophy

Christ he really has been terribly advised hasn't he

Still 88 left, surprised not sold out given only 1800, Rovers would have sold out weeks and weeks ago
Have to say it is very surprising we haven't sold out

Very reasonable still, given it's high quality fare https://acrobat.adobe.com/id/urn:aaid:sc:EU:92f1e2b2-789c-437c-883e-223be373fca8
Would tend to agree, obviously it's not the cheapest but you really are getting what you pay for

On a better note. Via Jerry.
Dunno whether there was a technical glitch or what.
Very odd that's been asked and suddenly tickets are available

Yep for the 1st game of the season it was a shocking atmosphere.
But it's always the case these days for the opening game. I think flag day being on the opening day spoils the atmosphere. By the time people get to the ground they've already been on the piss all day and are done in. Used up all their energy at flag day.
Also, people are catching up and just generally having a chat

Nige asked about Tomas a couple of times in todays presser “If the doors open then it’s very draughty”. Stated not moving in where they were offer wise, hadn’t heard from TK personally for a number of weeks and he considers him gone but doesn’t rule out the prospect of him coming back.
At this point you do have to wonder what TK is holding out for/hoping for as it's clearly not been that forthcoming or he would have a club by now

Apologies if I've missed this but the ticket I have seemingly has no bar code or anything, just a red ticket with name on, is this the same for everyone else?

All I will say is that I was part of a meeting with our CEO last Friday and know that the vast majority of what you have written is wrong
Perhaps you should let us know how you disagree?
Did you discuss the terrible new robin out of interest?
ignore, just seen you've answered above -
Honestly, what was the point in the new badge a few years back which went down fairly well to then plaster that absolute monstrosity over everything and just casually not tell anyone

Just on pasta loco it's a travesty it has closed
reading between the lines from the statement would appear they have had nothing but issues since they opened up there

I posted in another thread about their chairman passing away. They are going to put home fans in both tiers of away end (normally 100% away) due to demand for the memorial.
Source: @JerrySLO @ living right by their pub (taken now Thursday at 2320)
That could be interesting....I have no doubt our fans will respect the minutes silence/applause but once that's over who knows how it will go

Does @Olé have any idea on the thinking behind this as he lives in the area?
Does seem odd

Bristol's best restaurants?
in General Chat

Few places have popped up in bath recently, see a few below , having lived in Bristol and bath , bath is shockingly behind Bristol in terms of quality and choice but is slowly upping its game
Hudson's steakhouse, not as good as pasture but kept to its roots and has never changed and will never let you down
Menu Gordon Jones - similar to olive tree but much less refined and Gordon Jones is a loon! You will prob struggle to get in now though
jars meze - about as traditional Greek place as you will find, all family run and owned
Pinxto - very good tapas
honourable mention for antica, noyas kitchen and comptoir & cuisine
