No we should have spent the money in the summer although apparently neither NP or the Chuckle Bro’s thought we needed to.

I thought Nige wanted to spend but the chuckle bros wouldn't allow it.

It’s not revisionism on my part but I posted he didn’t look happy the moment the change in management happened.  It’s been pretty clear to me despite the club interview where he claimed all is great!  Still got it though when he gets a chance though.   That finish was grade A yesterday evening, absolutely superb.

Agreed. I think  Tommy was one of the first to post on twitter, when Nige was removed, 'Gutted'.

How many clubs in the Prem have a "strategy" of "picking up Championship players with 150 league games under their belt"? None because guess where they'll ''end up? Yet Sid reckons we can fill our squad with "lower league gems" and do the complete opposite in the Championship. Can someone please make this make sense?

Not just players though, is it! Now we've got a lower league coach as well!

The best compliment I can give Foden is that KDB actively now looks to pass the ball to HIM whereas it used to be the other way round. He has moved forwards big time but Southgate will probably find a space on the bench for him in the Summer............ There isn't a major club in Europe that wouldn't snap Man City's hand off if they could get Foden.

A front four of Foden, Kane, Saka and Bellingham, backed up by Ollie Watkins is something special! whether Gareth gets the best out of them, who knows?

When that left footer is Phil Foden I agree.

Fantastic footballer. I think there's a lot of players comfortable/good with the ball at their feet, its just that they aren't necessarily used as 'wingers' anymore.

  6. There was a clip at the end of the last 'robins uncut 089' where LM was telling the players, "I've said it to a few of you now, if you want to be a tough team you have to soak up tough times".

WTF? Patronising shite. We used to be pretty tough.  He seems to have removed that.

  7. Sykes is best on the right, as shown when we were set up by the previous manager to counter attack and whip balls into the box for a goalscorer, i.e. Tommy.

We are no longer set up to suit many of the players strengths, but Sykes is still more effective on the right.

    Taking your first point , Piercy actually says the opposite ;

For all the conspiracy theories about lost dressing rooms and a disenchanted squad, as we understand that is abundantly not true

But from where does he get this information?

Just a thought, if Chris Wilder leaves Sheff Utd at the end of the season, he could be a good fit as boss.

Wilder has had his moment in the sun.

The algorithms that Twitter have spent hundreds of millions developing mean otherwise.

If you get crap in your timeline you just block it!

You don't have to suffer it!

I should add that there is a lot of stuff and links to sites that I would never of seen on an MSM site or in a newspaper.
