  1. Next you'll be telling me that nobody wears a silk scarf tied around their wrist these days!
  2. Sort of - I live in one of those secret tunnels which gave safe access to AG on derby days. They've been out of use for so long that they've now been converted to trendy underground apartments.
  3. I'm waiting for @Eddie Hitler to explain what it all means.
  4. That's something I can agree with! I think the photos give you the true fan experience, I'd much rather that than some quirky, arty-farty type photos. Please keep up the good work.
  5. Watched that one from the Williams Stand (although it may still have been the Grand Stand back then!). From memory, Ferguson brought a full strength team, apart from Cantona - Chris Garland deserved nothing less.
  6. Apparently they thoroughly enjoyed it as well! (said through gritted teeth)
  7. My niece took her 8 year old daughter, who loves her football and plays in goal for a girls team in Keynsham. Needless to say, they're off the Christmas list.
  8. Out of interest, what time do you arrive at the stadium to start taking the photos? I like the way that they've tried to bring some character to the bland exterior, with the large pictures of former players on the wall, also the league table on the wall in the club shop.
  9. You have explained depression very well. I still go to bed every night hoping that when I close my eyes, it will be for the last time. However, strange as it may sound, you have to be in the right frame of mind if you seriously intend to take your own life. At the moment I'm not in that place, not because there are good things in my life, but, well, just because, I suppose.
  10. Whoop de do - stick a gold star on your attendance chart!
  11. No idea - I'm not one of those who forensically investigates attendance figures.
  12. You forgot to mention that you were there on a Saturday afternoon, and Rovers played them on a Tuesday evening.
  13. Elliot Anderson's dad was celebrating his 50th birthday with some mates, hence the Geordie contingent in the away end. Local day out to see his son play, nothing more than that.
  14. Please don't - I still have nightmares about that game! ?
  15. So, you didn't enjoy the season that Tammy Abraham spent on loan at Ashton Gate then?
  16. The ref got injured and had to be substituted. Joey wasn't anywhere near him at the time - honest! ?
  17. I don't think there were, although Uncle Ken wasn't allowed to switch it on at Stamford Bridge anyway.
  18. Be really honest with your Dr, they should be able to help. I'm glad that you feel it's something which you would not repeat, sounds like you are finding some strength to deal with your situation. Take care.
  19. That's actually an upgrade from some of the football specials in the 1970's. ?
  20. They have - there's a football special for the return journey at 17.55
  21. The case was postponed (back in October, I think), no idea why. As far as I know, it's this month, possibly 19th.
  22. Thought you'd be busy on your own forum, revelling in today's victory. Oh, hold on ....
  23. I'm certainly not an influencer ?, but have Tweeted the petition to my 680 followers, in the hope of garnering a few more signatures. Good Luck Samet.
  24. It's the same set up in the Studio at The Old Vic - I was a bit worried in case one of the actors tripped over somebody's foot in the front row! The lad who plays Jordan, the young footballer, is also local, and was chosen via open casting - very talented too.
  25. I've been to see this, and highly recommend it. Excellent performances by the three actors, the 90 minutes flew by.
