An owner saying he wants out having failed in his declared objective for over a quarter of a century
Many fans wanting manager out
Too small a squad at this level
Best players may yet leave, even worst players leaving could leave unfillable gaps in squad
Possible points deduction still on the horizon.
Supporting City has, over my 8 decades as a fan, never been easy but the present cup of woe does seem very worrying indeed.
Many fans? Don't assume the few vocal bed wetters on here represent anything like the majority of normal fans please.

Next game i would be tempted to use Naismith as the dm and put klose in the middle of a back 3. With Massengo and Scott the midfield 2 and Sykes in front of them. Wiemann and wells up top!
Bentley
wilson vyner klose Atkinson dasilva
Naismith
Massengo Scott
sykes
wells wiemann
Not sure they'll let us use 12 players mind...

Now that most of the league prediction podcasts and articles are out has anyone had a flutter? I'm avoiding Bradford this year as they let me down for a big win last season!
I'm on:
Bournemouth to be relegated from Premier League
Middlesbrough & Watford to finish in Championship Top 6
Sheffield Wednesday & Peterborough to finish in League One Top 6
Mansfield & Northampton Town to finish in League Two Top 7
50/1
Happily keeping the bookmakers in business...

Fair play for them for doing something and highlighting the issue though rather than make snide comments most likely seen in a Daily Mail comments section ? It seems to have wound up the GB News lots so that's a bonus...
They have admitted they are not perfect. The new shirt is also 100& recyclable and made from recycled plastic bottles, and they have listed a lot of other initiatives they have started: https://www.readingfc.co.uk/news/2022/june/21/show-your-stripes-and-share-our-hoops-for-the-future/ so another step in the right direction.

Normal amounts of compost won't combust, you'd need industrial size compost for a potential problem
Guess the fire chief interviewed on sky news earlier wouldn't know his facts
Have a got a link to the interview or quote? He stated that someone set fire to the compost? Seems fairly quick for a full investigation to be carried out!

Don’t let the facts ruin it!
Don't think there are any facts yet?
If the compost combusted due to the heat as it's also being reported it's slightly different than someone starting it deliberately?
Anyway just a normal July day eh!

Its astounding that there are people this stupid.
To quote Charles Bukowski - 'The problem with the world is that the intelligent people are full of doubts, while the stupid ones are full of confidence.'

First few episodes out today of new BBC Sounds Podcast with behind the scenes access to Rotherham United’s Paul Warne and Oxford United’s Karl Robinson
Just listened to the first episode with Warne and its a good listen, he comes across well - mic'd up during matches and match prep, talks new signings, training, during games, dressing rooms etc

I'll forward this to the rest of the board. I can't make the meeting tonight.
However it's worth to consider that U12s were invited to the RHPC recently; as per the quote in your original postTrue but that was for under 12 season ticket holders and not as part of the Junior Reds scheme. Its a good example the sort of thing that could be offered as part of a junior membership - stadium tours etc.

Weird way to quote by taking two words out of a full sentence. Read the whole thing.
You must work for a parking company, because all you’ve said is untrue. As long as you follow the linked advice, there’s no need to pay private companies. I’ve been through this multiple times and still yet to pay an invoice from a private firm (it is not a ‘fine’). There’s also a regulator - The BPA, which I’ve appealed to and they’ve found in my favour at least twice.
Yes but only if its 'unfair'. The parking signs at Winterstoke Road state you must enter your reg to register your parking and you dont then its fair cop.

Can you mention the disappointment of the new junior reds membership? And lack of anything for the kids?
Lots of suggestions and comments on the thread above but the consensus from here and from social media there is no sort of goody bag or anything that directly benefits the child or gives them any sense of belonging to the club - perhaps a magazine, or a scarf or something.
It’s effectively little more than a financial incentive for parents.
Granted the club may not have the resources to do it but surely they can offer something, the season tickets renewals got keyrings!
